Great location, good access to private island and beach for swimming. Snorkeling possible but no significant sea life to see. Infinity pool was wonderful. Food in the hotel restaurants was unimaginative - go outside for mug better local fare. Complimentary bottles of water were VERY welcome. Rooms were clean, airy, great views. We will be back!

I had the privilege of staying at Las Casitas Village for a multi-day conference held at the El Conquistador in August 2015. During my stay, I was constantly treated with kindness and respect, from the receiving staff all the way to the personal butler who dropped me off at the bus for the end of my stay. This was a...

Spent 5 wonderful days at Las Casitas and the El Conquistador Hotel with our 2 teenage daughters. It is by far our favorite resort. The setting is to-die-for and the service impeccable. Glorious views of the ocean from all over the property. Palomino Island, which is part of the resort, is a gorgeous beach with lots of water sports. Special...

The overall property was expansive and very nice. Our room at Las Casitas had been recently remodeled and was in excellent condition. We thoroughly enjoyed eating breakfast at the outdoor dining at Las Casitas. The infinity pool specific to this property is beautiful and a nice departure from the massive pool areas at the Conquistador. Our teenagers enjoyed the beach,...

Not a luxury experience as expected since it is a Waldorf Astoria property. Service levels, casitas, and facilities make this just an average hotel. Beautiful resort and grounds. On the aging side. Could use some updating. Wonderful water park that is great for the kids. This was the most worthwhile park of the resort. Expensive for what you get.

Las Casitas was everything we were told, which is great. Anyone can complain about "little" nonsense anywhere they go, and I could too... so knowing that, I'll just keep it short and simple with the important stuff. The location is, in my opinion, the best in PR. The staff was fabulous, everyone my wife and I had contact with. Cleanliness...

A good hour drive to get here from San Juan Airport. The property is part of El Conquistador, a traditional hotel. But Las Casitas has the distinct advantage of offering apartment-like accommodations and use of all the hotel options including a variety of restaurants, a water park, marina, game room, multiple pool/hot tubs and more. We had a one bedroom...

If you are looking for a private location, relaxed atmosphere and a lot of pampering, visit Las Casitas. Our check-in process was hassle-free. The staff was very willing to accommodate all four of us, especially our older couple with some physical limitations. The staff gave us a choice between 2 villas, even accompanying us to check out the layout of...

We have stayed many times before. Did not enjoy Las Casitas as well as the main building. Staff and grounds were fabulous. Adam our butler at Las Casitas was great. He was very knowledgeable and was available 24/7. If he couldn't help he found someone who could. Elaine, a waitress at La Casitas was also very helpful and the service...
