A wonderful place to relax after a day of hiking in El Yunque. Great views. Rafael is a great host, good drink-maker, cook and conversationalist. The hike near the hotel was tremendous, too - enjoy the endless tropical flowers on the trails - we were lucky to walk through during a rainshower, which made it even more memorable. And truly...

Rafael is a very friendly host and he accommodated our change of plans at the last minute with no problem. The drive to El Hotelito is a bit exciting, but once there, it is completely worth it. The place is charming and surrounded by the jungle and some melodious coqui frogs. The views over the ocean and the rainforest were...

Spent two nights and loved the vibe. The house has a beautiful open space layout and the views are magnificent. You are seriously in the rainforest so at night you hear the jungle. The road up to the house is a bit rough but we had a sedan and made it fine. Just a side note, there's only one place...

We absolutely loved this place. The road up is rough toward the end but it really isn't that bad (roads in Costa Rica are a million times worse!) The staff was friendly and funny and gave us great recommendations for dinners and future places to visit. If you are expecting to be served drinks and dinner, have air conditioning and...

As a local who enjoys traveling and staying all over the island I consider The Hotelito to be one of not too many in the Island. Quiet and clean place, away from the city noises. Rafael father and son are great hosts who cook authentic Puerto Rican food for dinner. Don't panic in your way up , this is a...

No visit to Puerto Rico should be without a stay here at the rainforest experience farm!- it is just beautiful. We have travelled a lot as a couple and I think this is the most beautifully serene place we have ever stayed. The drive up to the farm is a bit on the bumpy side! but it is definitely worth...

Our visit here was 3 stars, but I know others have had a different experience. I would advise potential guests to read all the Tripadvisor reviews very carefully and decide what matters to you. I agree with all the praise for the casual, charming ambience, and the beautiful view from the porch and lawn. It's a comfortable place to hang...

This hotel is located in the middle of a rain forest, providing a unique experience to guests. You are surrounded with nature and have access to great views. With that said, getting there is difficult, especially if you didn't rent an SUV. It's certainly possible to make it up the hill in a compact car - turn off Air Conditioning,...

This is a place to go and relax and have a romantic time. There's no distractions at all. Quite, far from the city and near the nature. Just the view is breathtaking. If you have plans to go take some snacks with you.

Stunning views upon the forest and the far away sea side. A very charming and friendly manager taking good care. Nice rooms. Down to earth but well kept. Unpretentious. We very much felt at home immediately. Friendly dogs running around. Family style dinner feeds you. Bring your own wine, if you want to. We loved it. Yet, you need to...
