A perfect location and accommodation to use as a base to show my parents around wanaka, queenstown and surrounding countryside. Really friendly staff, and great location walkable to the town, and also to a few of the walks in and around wanaka. Great view from the lounge of the hills whilst having breakfast. Great beds, and showers and quiet location...

These apartments are very homely and perfect for a couple or 2 couples sharing. They are very clean and great location. We only stayed the night here on the way to Queenstown but would have loved to have stayed longer. Great parking and facilities

We spent four nights here as a family of four and it was an ideal base for us. The two bedroom apartment gave us space, and an extra bed was also made up in the living room as soon as we asked for it. The kitchen is well-equipped, with oven as well as hot plates, everything we needed, and the...

We had booked accommodation in January with Wanaka Edge Apartments for the 2016 Wanaka show but due to the couple we would be travelling with having an accident we had to cancel our booking this was done 'weeks' prior to our stay (not within the 48 hours of booking as stated in their cancellation policy) at the time I phoned...

My friend, confined to a wheelchair and I (from Oz) decided to book into Wanaka Edge for our 2 night stay as it seemed to fit all criteria as an accessable apartment. However when we arrived we found that the apartment was dark, smelly and not very wheelchair friendly especially regarding the bathroom. There is no way also that I...

I was not happy because the expectation of what you are going to get from their website is overstated. Luxury Wanaka apartments, definitely not luxury. For $10 more per night you can get a real luxury hotel in Wanaka. The location was terrible,it is on the edge of the commercial area right next door to a gym. The rooms have...

I'll split this into 2 halves, the good and the not-so-good. The good: Accommodation was perfect for a couple who were visiting for a week as part of a snowboarding trip. Reasonably equipped kitchen, decent shower and self-contained laundry. There was a spa and sauna across from our room which didn't work on the first day but was fine after...

I booked this place as it looked like it was near the lake edge, but I got that totally wrong. It's situated in a semi commercial new area on the out skirts of town.. Views from the apartment are onto a gym or commercial buildings next door if you're above ground level. There is no lift and some of the...

Stayed here while we were in the snow. The rooms seemed really nice but the beds were shocking. The main bed had fully collapsed in the middle and made sleeping very painful. The rest of the apartment was very nicely laid out and very clean. Very comfy couches and chairs.

We loved staying here; fantastic unit; very spacious and relatively close to town (you have to drive, but it's only a few minutes). We arrived around 11.30, only to find a sign saying that reception was closed until 2 pm. Came back about 1.50 pm, and the manager seemed a little put out we had arrived before 2 pm. Great...
