Stayed 11-15 July 2016 in Aspiring self-contained 2-bed unit, 2 adults and a teenager. The accommodation was well-equipped, spacious and warm (especially with the woodburner lit), as was the welcome from our hosts, Coco the cat, and the friendly sheep - Carpet, Yoda, Molly, and Jack! The spa was a real bonus at the end of a long day's skiing...

Spent 2 nights here and too bad couldnt extend for another day as it was fully book. About 2km to lake wanaka. Had a little farm at the back yard with 4 cute lambs which comes to you for biscults. The room is very comfortable, very clean and cozy. Ammenities are sufficient If there is any to improve on, i...

We had a fantastic and memorable four night stay at Alpine View Lodge in Wanaka. Our self-contained room was large, tidy, comfortable and well-appointed. The rooms were complemented by a fantastic breakfast each morning of Bacon and Eggs and Cereal (Craig does excellent poached eggs). The hosts (we met Craig and Lorraine) were welcoming and helpful - they seemed genuinely...

We stayed only one day in Wanaka, which was far too short. We loved this B&B and would have liked to stay at least another day or two. The owners Craig and Michele were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. Very nice breakfast while enjoying the view. Only a short drive from the town centre....

If we ever come back to Wanaka, which I hope we can do, we will definitely stay here again. Michelle and Craig are fantastic hosts, and spoiled us with a delicious breakfast. Michelle even went so far as to make reservations for our anniversary dinner at WGK. When we arrived they asked, where are you staying. We told her and...

Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The B&B is not walking distance from the lake, but only a short drive. Craig was really helpful, with advice about sights and restaurants. In all, a lovely place to stay for our visit to Wanaka.

We opted for the cottage - lovely to have your own place with woodburner and kitchen. A real home from home. Excellent breakfast but Michelle and Craig are the real stars - Everything is immaculate! Have already booked for another 3 weeks. Tempted not to tell you lot or we might not get in next time!

Michele and Craig made us very welcome indeed. Our lodge, with small terrace and BBQ, was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was superb with fresh eggs from their chickens. They put themselves out to help other guests with their travel plans and made every effort to book an evening meal for us at a very busy time in Wanaka. They...

Craig and Michelle were wonderful hosts, and the B&B is carefully maintained. The room was spacious, breakfasts were great, and we loved playing with the sheep- as we were missing our cattle from home. Close to Wanaka, there was a lot of information as to activities in the office. There is a hot tub for your use.

Lovely setting, awesome house with spa ..... But the behaviour of the owner was very off putting, I deal with rude people but never has a reception like it. I was very glad not to be staying there with such an aggressive male who's approach to females was disgusting. Never recommend to anyone after this.

Thank you for your review, yes, we do live in an awesome setting. As always there are two sides to every story. You arrived very late at night with a group of friends, two of whom were staying with us. Not only did you wake us up, you also woke our other guests with all the noise you were making...
