It is nicely located on the highway. The approach is presently obscured because of construction work but would improve. The hotel would have have had a view of Ganges in past but is now obstructed by the newly constructed flyover just across. There were initial hiccups when we checked in like some cleanliness issues and heating problems but staff helped to overcome the same. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was simple but tasteful. Three were some issues with free wifi.

Best Property of Haridwar when it comes to a comfortable stay, If you are going with family. Yummy Food and Helping Staff..Has a nice Parking place for cars. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days.Its on the Main Road. Will Surely Revisit. Thanks

The service was terrible and when talking to the staff it seemed like they were not accommodating at all. The fans in the bathroom did not work so it stunk. The food choices were absolutely atrocious. The sheets in the rooms had stains all over it.

This hotel looks great in photos but is disgusting in person. It’s dirty, dusty, there’s a chemical dirty smell in the rooms. I don’t think they have cleaned the hotel in years. Worst was the lady at reception on 1st September- she didn’t smile, looked like she didn’t want to be there and almost lost my passport. Don’t waste your time here.

This is a good property but very poorly managed. Front desk, helping staff, restaurant staff so pathetic, they don't bother of the guests. Poor breakfast, no proper cleaning, no proper lighting, rooms accessories were poorly managed. Difficult to get an auto or taxi out of the hotel. The owner of the hotel should look into it. Don't book room here, it's wastge of money.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It is clean, with a very good kitchen and great, helpful staff who provided excellent service with regards to service/waitressing in the restaurant, reception and organization of personal trips/whishes. We were even allowed to stay at the hotel way after check out as our train departed quite late in the evening. Special thanks to Sachin at this point.
