The place is centrally located, and a couple of blocks away from the boulevard by the sea. The hotel is rather gloomy though. My room did not have any window looking out. It had a window which opens out to the side wall of the next room. I think they do have rooms with a view but none was available... More

Good location, close to Rizal Blvd. breakfast not designed for Westerners. Nice staff. Helpful with baggage and transport. Pretty clean place. Nice rooftop available. Simple ( kind of small room we had), bot ok.

It's a good hotel, spacious & very relaxing! Although the staffs are less courteous, they need to practice smiling more often. No complimentary water, coffee or tea inside the room. Buffet breakfast, but very limited choices!

A nice budget hotel that is centrally located and walking distance to the waterfront. We enjoyed the food at restaurant for several meals. One amusing surprise was the glass wall of the shower with a roll-up curtain if you care to watch.

We chose this place for its proximity to the center of dumaguete. It's a short walk to the boulevard and the old shopping area. We stayed for 3 nights. Breakfast buffet is 6-9am and they do pack lunch for those with early flights or tours. The food is so-so but a bit of a wait for your eggs. The rooms... More

This hotel is quite old. The door in my room does not close properly, good thing I always check if the door is lock before leaving. Do not expect any complimentary water in the room because there is none. The shower heads are rusty, even the faucet in the sink is rusty. The food is average. They do not accomodate... More

The lobby and the restaurant look pretty good. De rooms look good als well but there is clearly mold on the ceiling and upon closer inspection the room isn't cleaned very well. Checkout time is at 12 but they called us at 10:30 basically telling us to leave. Breakfast is really bad: very limited choises which arent fresh. Wouldn't stay... More

I add a reservation 268119581 for 3 rooms 2 nights via Trip Advisor Tingo. But when we arrive in Hotel the front desk don't find my reservation. So we paid in cash for one night, they said that they have no reservation under my name with trip Advisor. Our room was located in the front of the street and not... More

Good hotel along a very accessible main street. Buffet breakfast included in hotel rate. Selection was limited and food was so-so. Friendly staff and receptionists. Has sufficient parking space right outside the building and in the basement. There are two lifts to bring us to and from our rooms. Room has high ceiling, simple interiors, with good cable TV reception,... More

I stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days with my wife. We had to transfer rooms 3 times since, we are walk-in guest. 1. Rooms & Accomodation The rooms feel old and need to be properly maintained. Hot showers were not working in two of the three rooms. You can hear the traffic noise outside, the front desk staff were... More
