Our hotel (Solimar Ruby) was horrendous. We arrived there well and checked in and decided to go for a drink at the bar before we had an early night. We were then told that all drinks after 11pm will now cost us. We were very surpised to have been told this as we were under the impression we had booked...

Me and my mates booked up this hotel for a week during July and when we arrived we were checked and sent to our rooms, we were told not to be loud and not annoy any of the other guests because it was a family hotel, the only good thing in the hotel is the bar and it's better if...

Came here for a week, booked a superior room for £70 extra through Jet2.com. We stayed in room 116, overlooking the road. A bit disappointing, but when we woke in the morning, we had a lovely view of the hills in the background, we had the sun in the morning, which was nice, meaning our balcony was nice and cool...

We paid £70 for the "deluxe" room and got 2 bottles of water and out of date fruit for the privilege. Apart from that the room was the same as the standard ones, ie very poor. However, the rooms were cleaned well each day by friendly staff and new towels provided. No more bottled water, unfortunately. The Pool and bar...

Me and my husband were here for a week at the beginning of octobe, the room was nice, we had booked the supreme room so we got slippers, dressing gowns, and tea and coffee making facilities. The pool area was nice plenty sun beds and a nice pool bar with plenty seating, the food was ok but my husband really...

Mixed feelings about our week here. Our booking was for a room in the annex building. (which we did not know) which was located about 50 meters further up the street (That would have been fun going too and throw from main building). But the girl on reception had upgraded us free of charge to the main hotel area. We...

The food was awful. I did not like the taste of anything and the food that was meant to be hot was cold. We paid extra for an upgraded room and we was right next door to reception. It was noisy and we was surrounded by young drunk polish people that were loud. People were banging on our door whilst...

I've just got back from Malia today and one thing I can say about the hotel is that the staff are so lovely and friendly. The cleaners are great and always leave your room looking pristine. However, we booked all inclusive and upon arrival we tried the food at lunch which was very poor. We tried it again in the...
