This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in so far. It offers everything you expect from a 5-stars hotel. I could list here so many great things that the hotel has offered, but I might miss some of them.. Let me try: The rooms are perfectly well-kept, bed linen, air conditioning... The view is stupendous. The location offers multiple swimming pools (for toddlers, one for both adults and small kids, another with infinite view to the ocean...) , while having a 10 meters distance private beach. Last, but not least: people. Every single person working in this hotel were absolutely amazing. From the waitresses to staff members, as well as the entertainment team could make us with a very positive energy, having fun and laughs. Osaid, Mirana, davide, Tere from a pink wave did a FANTASTIC job by entertaining the kids while parents could have some wine to relax, but as well involving parents on multiple activities like a crazy music quiz, entertaining all the audience. Everything was absolutely increfrom the reception (Evangelia) to the actual treatment (the amazing Sofia). Loved every minute and can’t wait for my next appointment. I did the peeling end Cretan massage. Can’t recommend it enough!

Stayed 1 week in late April and enjoyed the location by the beach, excellent staff from reception to beach bar and breakfast team Thanks. The room given was great with an upgrade well appreciated. Nice terrace overlooking the infinity pool (4 pools available in this hotel) and direct seaview. Room size was great too, good bedding, sofa, mini-fridge and tea/coffee facilities provided. The flat screen TV could have been never and nicer. Bathroom was well appointed and bright. I would suggest to provide better quality bath amenities with a big brand like Rituals or L’occitane products. Otherwise a very good and comfy room. Quiet place, relaxing and nice beach also. Breakfast buffet choice was good in quantity and quality. But maybe after a week you would like some new products. Played pool, tennis and used taxi service. Everything is perfect. Nice grounds and well maintained. Malia bars and restaurants are only 10-15 minutes walk away. Would like to come back when on Malia. And could recommend it easily. Go for it.…

Very kind stuff. The rooms were clean, good breakfast buffet. The beach bar restaurant was the best where they served your cocktails at the beach. Also the animation program was variatious and there is something for everyone!

The rooms are ok, except for some really hard mattrasses but the restaurants were terrible. Both a la carte and buffet consisted of overcooked food and unauthentic menus. So uninspired. We had paid for half board, which included a dinner in one of the two “a la carte” restaurants and this was the worst. We tried the Taverna and we could not finish our meals. The kids ended up feeding the stray cats with their meals. We tried the Italian place for lunch as well, which lacked ambition and flavour. If you are there for beach and pool and nothing else, the place is fine. But as the surrounding area did not offer anything to balance our experience (everything was bars and clubs and cheap looking eateries) we really didn’t have the best experience.
