Location of hotel is very good, conveniently placed close to the beach and next to several supermarkets. OUR ROOM was outdated- the bed frame was old, creaking every time you turn. The bathroom was tiny, shower fixtures again outdated and the toilet seat dropped constantly by itself. Breakfast is an understatement - having had the same choices for 7 days,...

This hotel is below standard. My son and 9 friends have just got home from a weeks holiday in this abysmal place. The staff and managers are totally unhelpful. This hotel was clearly overbooked from the time they arrived until the time they left. 4 boys were crammed into a double room and were promised that they would sort it...

Stayed in Malia Mare for a week and have no idea how anyone can complain about this hotel, the location is ideal, literally 2 min walk from the strip and is opposite the cheapest alcohol shop in Malia! As long as you don't behave like an absolute idiot there will be no problems with the staff, we didn't bother them...

This is a three star hotel with the values associated with one star.Although - yes - the position is fine, the proprietor was consistently rude and antagonistic - from the word "go", in fact. The air com failed to work, we were constantly upbraided about noise (for no reason at all), cleaners entered the room when we were still in...

if you're looking for a young persons hotel, this is not the one for you. the only good thing about this hotel is the location. It's right on the strip but not noisy enough for you to get no sleep! The owner is a narky lady who gives you judgmental looks every time you enter or exit the hotel. Air...

Stayed here as part of a girls holiday and the welcoming from the staff wasn't pleasant at all. You would walk past staff and they would ignore you and not ask how your stay was or even a basic acknowledgement! There was never anyone on reception when you needed them. The security guard at night about 10pm getting ready to...

Myself and 11 of my mates went to maila for a week. The hotel was in an excellent position right on the strip so we expected the hotel to allow us to listen to music before we went out, this was not the case! As soon as we walked in the door the receptionist orderd us to be quiet. She...

Having paid a low price for my holiday we couldn't have been happier in this hotel. The staff were far too friendly, the rooms were too well ventilated and the WiFi signal is too good at all parts of the pool. The location is too near everything on malia meaning you have to walk (I like to be lazy). The...

Stayed here with 5 guys for 8 nights and experience could not have been better. For starters the hotel is located right on the strip so everything is on your doorstep, but far away enough from the clubs so it's easy to get to sleep at night. The staff were extremely helpful also, woman at the desk helped us with...
