Decent hotel for an overnight stay. Clean and modern, yet rather small, rooms right by the port - great view from the room. We did not hear any noise from the outside with closed windows. However, the walls seem to be quite thin, as we could hear our neighbor snoring all night.

We stayed for 2 nights near the end of September. The hotel is directly across the road from the blue star ferry dock - but don't worry about noise as you can't hear anything from inside! We had a room on the 2nd floor without a balcony. Although a balcony would have been nice, the room was nice and cool,...

A beautiful, renovated, 19th century building, located near the port and the centre of Hermoupolis. The room was a bit small, but quite pleasant, as it offered a sea view and surprisingly not noicy at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only disadvantage has been that the quality and variety of breakfast didn't respond to a four...

I ve never stayed at the hotel! I just had a breakfast once. As i saw the rooms and i asked for the prices it was cheap comparing to their services. Ms Lora was really polite to us and helped us for whatever we needed

The hotel is centrally located in Ermoupolis a 2 minute walk from the ferry drop off site (the port city of Syros). The hotel staff were excellent and very accommodating allowing me to check-in 3 hours early and giving suggestions for restaurants and tav rental sites. There is a swimming area just down the street behind hotel hermes with somewhat...

Don't think twice, just stay here! Continently located across from the port, considering our room was opposite the port, the main road and peak season was not at all noisy. Bus station was really close and handy! Beautifully renovated! Modern. Extremely clean! Attention to detail!

Sadly we only stayed one night in Syros. Had we known what a fabulous place Emouplis is we would have stayed longer. The hotel was right opposite the ferry terminal which could not have been handier and the town centre was a few minutes walk away. The hotel must have been recently renovated and is very modern within its beautiful...

An excellent hotel and surprisingly the prices are beyond reasonable since this hotel offers better prices than other hotels on the vicinity that are considered more luxury but offer the same high standards. It is a beautiful, elegant hotel and picturesque hotel. Its rooms are spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. It is situated in the heart of Ermoupolis, the center...

the hotel is recently renovated. The rooms are rather small but very nicely decorated in good taste. Very comfortable bed and huge double glazed windows shut out the noise.Located right on the port and within walking distance to all the attractions of Ermoupolis.

On the port might be a bit noisy in the summer but very convenient location. Clean rooms but most of them quite small. Especially the bathrooms are very small. It is a nice old building. It does not have the usual amendities so have your own. The breakfast buffet has the usual menu.
