This is an extraordinarily place! Marjie and Fiorenzo are fantastic people, really sweet hosts! We loved the animals, the great surrounding and the beautiful chapel in which we had lovely breakfast with great home baked cakes, bread and fresh fruit and all sorts of everything! Marjie was so sweet to help us recover my 'lost in the sink diamond ring',...

We stayed at Cascina Incocco several years ago when we had a great experience, so we were very much looking forward to going back. We stayed for a week this time and it was even more enjoyable. The hosts, Margie and Firenzo are wonderful people, so very thoughtful and helpful. Spotless, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, the setting peaceful with a...

I’ve stayed in the B&B Cascina Incocco for five days and I’ve had a very pleasant stay. The hosts are incredibly friendly and kind. Every morning, they offer delicious home-made cakes, jams, focaccia and bread in an little church which today is used as breakfast room. The bedrooms are bright, cosy and impeccably clean. If you have kids, they will...

This is a real gem. The host and hostess are warm and welcoming. The rooms are amazing, we had a suite on the top floor with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, a really comfortable bed and underfloor heating. Breakfast is in the old church (apparently not over winter as too big to heat) and make sure you leave room....

The very first advantage for foreign travelers to this part of Italy is that Marjie’s mother tongue is English. Not only does this simplify booking a room and getting directions for Cascina Incocco but she was a delight to chat with and discover the attractions of the area. The rooms at the farm are spacious, light, clean and beautifully appointed....

Excellent accommodations and a hostess that was full of ideas and solutions. First the cab driver stopped short of the B&B on the gravel road and she came the 400 meters to pick us up - it really wasn't that bad of a road; then she pointed out where a trail and waterfall were and displayed her concern for the...

Cascina Incocco is simply a beautiful setting in the countryside above Arona Lago Maggiore. The rooms are to die for - spacious, luxurious and the beds are extremely comfortable. Marji and Fiorenzo and Raff are sublime hosts and have created a unique bed and breakfast that is a must see. Close to the motorway, it is a perfect base to...

It was a wonderful experience for me. Thank you Firenzo, Maggie and Joe for a memorable three day experience in your Cascina. I can recommend every business person coming to Milano not to stay in Milano, but instead venture 40 minutes outside to this calm and beautiful place close to Lago Maggiore. You will need a car. But that is...

A bit off the beaten track on a back road - you'll want a car - and be ready for some bumps. Marjie is Canadian and an excellent hostess. Comfortable, spotless room, terrific breakfast, fun dogs. They have horses and call it an Agriturismo but really a nice B & B with lots of space, places to enjoy the outdoors...

Marjie and Fiorenzo are outstanding hosts. They shared their farm with our family, taking the children to see the animals and even letting them drive the digger! We felt most at home. Rooms are beautiful, breakfast in the old church was delicious and particularly lovely. I hope we can return one day - thanks Marjie
