This place is magnificent! Everything is extremely new and high tech so it might take you a few minutes to learn how to turn on the lights and shower, but everything shines and the service can't be beat. The breakfast is the best you will find and the location is ideal for anyone exploring the Gallipoli area. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is one of the most pleasant surprises on our travels in recent years. We are traveling in a group with friends and it is important that we all have the same or similar rooms. In this hotel it was not a problem. A very warm welcome upon arrival, quick check-in and then enjoyment. Spacious room, perfectly decorated, large bathroom... No expense was spared during the construction and furnishing of the hotel. From the underground garage (very important because the hotel is located in the centre of this beautiful city) and the spa centre, all the way to the pool on the top-roof terrace. Great breakfast with lots of local specialties (I love the pasticiotte). However, the greatest asset of this hotel is the staff. From the reception, the bar, to the cleaners, everyone is very friendly and ready to help. In particular, I would like to thank Mrs. Adriana and to the hotel director for their kindness and friendliness during our entire stay. We all already miss the morning cappuccino that Giulia prepares so well. We could be back tomorrow, who knows. I can only warmly recommend this hotel. Great facilities with an amazing service. Staff was very kind suggesting restaurants and experiences. Its a boutique hotel so its not located on top of a beach but its very close to a small yet very pleasent one. SPA and breakfast were also very good. Overall the service really stands out and makes it all worth. The room is very modern and comfortable which allows you to have a great night of sleep and be ready for the next day.

On our recent trip to Italy my wife and I had the good fortune to book a week-long stay at Biancodonda. It was a bit of a last minute decision to go to Puglia and we liked the reviews for Biancodonda and thought we'd give it a try. We are SO GLAD we did! The hotel is practically brand new and our room was lovely. The hotel is a few minutes walk to the old town with on-site parking so it works on a practical level as well. The staff was incredibly attentive and kind. They always gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations, making us hard to get reservations at some popular spots. Also they took a sincere interest in making sure we were able to see as much of the area as we wanted, creating itineraries specific to our interests. The staff expressed a high level of enthusiasm doing everything possible to help us enjoy our stay. I have no hesitation whatsoever recommending Biancodonda and look forward to a return visit.

we spent a few special days in this area of Italy that enchants you with clear and warm sea water, cathedrals and museums and an appreciated variety of seafood. I recommend the hotel which is clean, cared for by attentive and kind people. Nico, the man at the reception, the man who solves any problem you have, the man who recommends you the best restaurants, the man who speaks English fluently, kind and always available, is a rarity in the area where less English is spoken

The hotel has been very much to my liking. Staff have been so friendly and accommodating. The free spa day made me feel so much better. Sabrina did a fabulous facial! The free breakfast has been a special treat and I really appreciate the room service since I have my dog with me. Loved the modern furniture and colors. The size of the room was fabulous as well as the whirlpool bathtub. Very clean everywhere. Can't say enough about this fabulous and fun hotel. Wished they had them in Portugal. Grazie mille ❤️

Located near the harbour, the hotel is very modern and has excellent facilities. The bedrooms are very clean and comfortable. What sets this hotel apart are the superb staff. From the moment we arrived, Adriana’s very warm welcome to the hotel and the local area made us feel very special. This set the tone for our entire stay - all the staff were very friendly at all times and nothing was too much to help our enjoyment of Gallipoli. The Italian pastries for breakfast deserve a special mention! Thank you Adriana, Paulo, Nico and all your colleagues.

Great hotel, great staff (especially Nico and Adirana) and great location. As soon as we arrived there was someone ready to take our bags and take care of parking our hire car. Nico gave us all the info we needed and a short tour of the hotel and facilities. Very knowledgeable of the area and gave us some great recommendations. The rooftop pool is a great facility that we used on a couple of days. Used the free shuttle bus to a local Lido the hotel is linked to. Nico and Adirana arranged a vineyard tour and tasting for us and didn’t give up trying to contact the vineyard (we asked late on). Ideally located to walk across the bridge to the old town each evening. Would highly recommend

Wonderful staff,large modern rooms,comfortable bed,strong wifi signal. Breakfast had many healthy options,including soy milk-which I appreciated. Everyone at the hotel was consistently cheerful,and positive.Adriana and Nico were especially helpful with suggestions and itineraries. I had a wonderful 7 day stay in a wonderful town.
