This hotel was included in a 4 day private Dracula tour package. I had no knowledge of this hotel. It is perfect for persons who use a wheelchair of have a physical disability. We turned a corner of pine trees and ski slopes and viewed the rooftop of this beautiful hotel. What a surprise! The hotel is a castle style...

The hotel is rated 4 stars but the room we stayed in was more of a 3 star room. The view was magnificent though. The included supper and breakfast were LAVISH (NOT an overstatement). The staff was very friendly. The inside of the hotel is all volcanic rock and there are a lot of medieval weapons displayed everywhere. The stained...

We really enjoyed our stay at House of Dracula. Our suite was high up with a lovely view, and very clean. Comfortable bed and very cosy. The staff are friendly, and George on reception is very organised, so if you need anything, he is the one to ask. I have to be totally honest and say our evening meal was...

We travelled to this hotel for a 3 night stay in December. We were automatically upgraded to a suite which was very nice and really clean. Food was surprisingly good and we loved all the food served in the restaurant. Manager was very helpful and did everything to accommodate us, even though some of the staff did not speak very...

An excellent overall experience: hotel with very good services, beautiful rooms, many facilities for business travellers and events. But we have appreciated most the quality of staff and the manager attitude, his motto being: ''We can do it!''. A great model for hotel managers!

If You,re in the Poiana Brașov, it.s a good choice to stay. Clean, small rooms, good service and food. I think the hotel has been over evaluated considering the actually 4 stars , it.s rather a 3 stars hotel. Despite of this , it.s a good choice for this area considering the price and the conditions offered
