Spent a lovely weekend here albeit at a time of year when the pool was too cold to enjoy. However the setting is lovely, quiet and offers views in the distance of Ses Salines town and the sea. You are few minutes drive from Ses Salines and various restaurants as well as Cala Llombards and Santanyi and Colonia Sant Jordi. The hotel offered a terrific massage in the spa and a spacious room with its own plunge pool. We honestly felt spoilt. The main reception area and swimming pool was lovely and open entirely to the outside if wanted or closed if needs be too with retractable roof and doors and windows. Particularly lovely staff. My only complaint would be that breakfast only starts at 08H30 and considering there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the bedroom this is simply too long to sit around and wait in the morning especially if you want to get going and explore. It is closer to 10H00 in the morning by the time you are able to start your day. A kettle in the room would fix this in my humble opinion. Aside from that Breakfast was GOOD! :) Cleanliness was good too overall but could definitely be better especially in our room. We enjoyed our short stay and will certainly be back.

Yes the food is very expensive and most definitely over priced, but it is really nice and we enjoyed a lovely meal in a beautiful setting watching the sun set. Service is very slow, the waiters no nothing about the wines (or at least our waiters didn't) and we were served warm wine... not ideal. The local steak was a beautiful cut of meat and was cooked to perfection. If you don't mind over paying and having a slow meal, then come here.

We spent just one night there but wished it was more. The finca, more a granja, is beautiful in a marvellous setting, where you can enjoy the views of a nerby villagge (Santanyi) and the sea. You can enjoy this view from the restaurant and pool area. I can just imagine how delightful could summer pool-side aperitivos can be! The rooms are huge but rural cosy, with a private balcony or porch area. The personnel are extremely friendly and flexible: We didn't have the chance to enjoy the SPA when we checked in but they let us use it after check out for the whole evening. We look forward to going back

Been here before, had a fabulous time! This visit is very disappointing!! Had a one night stay booked at this hotel for over a week so we could have some well needed family time and relax with massages etc! Checkin was at 3, which is late when only staying for one night, however this is the terms of the hotel and I accept this but to find after a massage at 3pm that we had been “upgraded” to a room off campus and away from all facilities, it is not acceptable. When asked why we had been “upgraded” we got the response “computer glitch”! In order to stay on the campus, which was needed to keep kids entertained we had to down grade to a junior suite. To be told this at 3pm on the in the day of checkin and not prior to this, again, is Not acceptable. We had been in the resort since 11am & the reception knew we were there. If we can been told at 11am and given our options this situation could have been very different! I booked the specific room & hotel so my 12-10 year old kids could move safely from the room to the restaurant without supervision! The down graded room was at the back of the campus and the room was very dark and cold. Broken toilet seat, shower that flooded the bathroom, terrible lighting, the tv has no signal..... the list goes on! This was the only room available. We got in the room at 5, felt like we have been waiting for a bus all day! We ended up leaving & headed home to the better comforts of our own home! We were offered a free night the next night but didn’t have enough underwear, clothes to do this. We have been charged for the room but not the things we had whilst waiting for the room, Alexandro in reception was very apologetic. He did try but it wasn’t possible to rectify the situation at this point.

My suggestion if you stay, double check you get what you paid for as soon as you arrive!

We won’t be back nor will we be recommending this hotel to friends and family. 22 years based in Mallorca and I have never experienced a situation like this. It completely messed up our family weekend,

The restaurant Cassai, owned by the same person is beautiful but brace yourself for the cost at the end!

While this property has some charm and a nice pool, the emphasis seems more on design and providing influencers with Instagram moments than a real experience. The staff, while friendly, was not particularly attentive or helpful with requests. I always felt like I was imposing on them when I wanted to order things at the restaurant. And the dinner was subpar - my food was so bland (spaghetti with shrimp, a tomato and mozzarella salad) that I actually tested myself for Covid because I was worried I’d lost my sense of taste. I guess if you want to pose for cute pool photos, it might be worth the price? But for me it was a waste and I wouldn’t recommend it.

2 days before our arrival the hotel es turo contacted us to tell us that our reservation was overbooked and that they could not accommodate us.

We were not offered a refund but either to change the date, which was impossible given that the date booked was the last of our stay in Mallorca, or to stay in one of their other "hotels". Without other option, we accepted this proposal on the condition that the services were equivalent.

What a surprise to discover that we had been moved to an apartment hotel without the services we had paid for in our initial booking (spa, bar or even just something to buy water in order to avoid being obliged to drink the disgusting tap water). Worse still, we were refused a refund for the significant price delta between the hotel we had paid for and the one we were finally put up in.

Very pretty hotel with character. Very secluded from most things so perfect if you wish to enjoy your peace. Not so much if you are the type who enjoys going to different places in different regions unless you rent a car. Although our experience wasn't so terrible, we found the staff to be quite cunning in terms of organising taxis for us and delivering standard room service. When we tried to cancel a taxi, they tried to convince us we couldn't do so. We had to call the driver ourselves and he simply said "Yes, ok"; to us cancelling. When we tried to cancel via the staff, their argument was, "It's already booked so you can't cancel". We aren't sure if they didn't want to lose their commission with the taxi or something. However, they didn't make it easy for us to cancel within good time as we thought they would have. Additionally, the second we got there, they tried to cheat us into getting a hotel room which wasn't matching the one we thought we had booked based on the pics online. My friend had to INSIST they give us the more spacious room as that is the one she had booked for after looking at the pics online.

If you have been to Mallorca before and know the place and customs well, this hotel might be ok. If you (like my friend and I) have never been and most likely need everything to be easily accessible and everyone as helpful as can be, don't go to this hotel.

The place is amazing and very peaceful. Still, the food quality of the restaurant is very average and the staff is very distracted and all over the place - no one understands English. The quality does not reflect the price, a lot of details are missing. The isn’t identity

My partner and I have just returned from a lovely 3 night stay here! We initially booked into the villas owned by the same people a few KM away, but when we went to check in we liked the hotel so much we asked if they had any spare rooms. They managed to get our booking switched over with no hassle whatsoever. The hotel was amazing, the rooms was lovely, the pool area was a dream and the staff were lovely. We ate in the hotel 3 times (lunch and dinner), and also ate in their restaurant in Ses Salines one evening too, couldn't recommend it enough. The food in the hotel and restaurant were amazing, and the decor/setting of the restaurant is lovely too. We will definitely be returning!

Loved the hotel. It’s really fantastic.

The pool area and view is breathtaking. We had a suite that hadn’t been recently redecorated like in the pictures but was still lovely and had a lot of charm.

The breakfast was very good. Lots of selection of cheeses, hams, salmon, fruits, breads and cakes. You could also order eggs if your choice.

In the evenings we sat by the pool and they lit a fire for us and we sat with a blanket whilst having coffee and dessert.

The only thing that could be improved would be the gym could use a few more weights as the gym is quite poorly equipped.
