We stayed at the resort for our anniversary. Was amazing. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Being that Summerland is on a hill, it was perfect to be lakefront! We used their free bike cruisers and was great to have the boat rentals right at the dock. Beautiful place. We stayed here as a couples getaway, but will definately be back with our family next time to enjoy

I love taking a mid-winter getaway to Summerland Resort. The hot tub is amazing in the wintertime and the restaurant provides great food and happy hour specials. Thanks to the staff at Summerland for making our trip so enjoyable.

Don't go horrible staff. We were to to Goggle it when asking about the restaurant. Unable to help when we asked about bottled water. To top it off $25 check out fee. The girl cleaning rooms was more helpful than the fron desk staff. She helped us find our room. Never agian.

We had a good time, our kiddos had a good time. The pool is fantastic. Needs a bit more tidying ( the pool) and maybe more attention after guests leave to wipe down the kitchen surfaces) but all in all the stay was lovely, the views are beautiful and the walk to the splashpad and playground area is very nice, even the small kiddos can make it. Our suite was the perfect size for 4 of us, and the twin beds in the second room were a life saver!!! Staff were all pretty great and super friendly.

This is our second time staying and it is a gem hidden in Summerland. Amazing sleep, so many Comfy pillows and the poolside room was extra special! And The staff really do make you feel special for staying with them.

Nice location on the lake. Friendly staff at registration desk. Signage and directions within the resort are lacking - difficult to find the restaurant for example. Bistro closed mid-afternoon and evening, no store to buy snacks in resort nor close by (need to take car out and travel to town to get snacks, etc).

Great for car club trip base. Parking is to tight for the number of clients plus guests plus restaurant. Restaurant was excellent for service, selection and quality. The Bistro staff were great but were overwhelmed by the number of families there, all at the same time, for the RUN, that one coffee and a muffin took 35 min.

This is a fabulous little gem of a property. We had everything needed in our well supplied kitchen. Also great to have the Bistro on site and Shaunessy’s Cove restaurant next door. All of the staff were upbeat and helpful. Great stay!

The Resort is a great place to stay, however I was a little disappointed in the gym it could have been better for those of use that use free weights. I have always stayed at this resort for the past 15 years and the staff has always been friendly and courteous. I will continue to book at this resort again and again.
