Nice room, very comfortable. Very clean. Loved parking right outside our door. Pool on site which we didn't use but looked very nice and clean. Small table and 2 chairs outside the room was nice to sit outside and enjoy the weather.

Clean, basic motel. Room was an ok size. No views. Had to leave the old air conditioner on for hours to cool down the room to sleep. Overpriced for what you get.

Because it was clean, we would stay again if there were no better vacancies.

I had a one night stay en route to Vancouver. Good location for wine country. Room was large and clean. Nothing special but I thought it was a decent value for the price. A couple of restaurants within walking distance. Nice small town near Lake.

My wife and I just could not get a good sleep during our 3 night stay. When we checked out we told the very nice owner this. He smiled at us and proudly told us that he bought these mattresses at Costco 2 yrs ago for $199.00 each. We are in our sixties and he said that all of his older guests love it. It was hard as a rock and very "crunchy". This was the springs we were hearing!! It will find your pressure points in 4 hours. LOL We stayed in one of the self contained cottages and other than this one most important issue I can report that the accommodation was TOP POCKET !! Extremely clean property. Very nice owner.

My husband and I had a very pleasant stay at the Rosedale Motel. The owners are sweet and helpful people who really made us feel welcome. The beds were very comfortable. My husband rarely has a good night sleep away from home so this was a big plus for us. The rooms and cabins were clean, and the outside area was lovely and nicely landscaped. We didn’t use the pool but it was well cared for and inviting. We will definitely be back next year.

We found this little adorable well kept motel on a side street and so happy we did. The outside is kept extremely clean, lovely little outdoor pool. The inside did not disappoint, very clean , comfortable rooms. Lovely new owners , friendly and helpful.

The ONLY good thing about this hotel was the helpful lady behind the front desk when I checked in in the late afternoon. Studio cottage #118 that I stayed in is extremely dirty. The chairs provided in the cottage to sit on are so dirty and stained. During my 4 day stay the sheets were not changed, yet they came in everyday to look. I understand it is not necessary to change the sheets daily but then why bother coming inside. I suggest they run the vacuum and clean the linoleum floors. The floor surfaces are exceptionally dirty. Great motel if you like noisy air conditioning units and ceiling fans. The male owner was RUDE. Upon checking out I had to wait while he prepared his lunch, I pressed the bell several times and had to go behind the counter to locate him. He let me know I interupted him while he was preparing lunch I would recommend previewing the cottages to make sure you understand what you will be making a reservation for before you do so.

What and incredible staff? The property is owned by a delightful couple who have an amazing staff. (They even fed us. Shhh!) They were friendly and accommodating.

The room was HUGE. By huge, I mean, huge. It had two queen beds and could have EASILY accommodated another bed. The kitchenette was fully stocked.

We stayed for five days and it felt like an apartment.

Summerland, itself, is a small and quaint community. You have to have the Fish and Chips at Cozy Bay. The pizza at Murrays is amazing as well. You could easily walk to both locations.

The supermarkets close at 5pm. That is so very different from California, so plan ahead.

Excellent wine tasting. I suggest Silk Scarf.

Lovely community, lovely property, and amazing staff. I had an amazing time.

I had the chance to spend two nights at this lovely motel on a family vacation. You could tell as soon as you walked in the room, how clean and fresh it was. The price is reasonable, there is a fridge and coffee maker in the room, and it's just a really nice, very central motel with a great little pool. The staff are friendly, kind and helpful.

The pool is clean and well kept, as are the rooms. The location in Summerland is quiet but central to downtown, within walking distance, close to Kelowna and Penticton, and just ideal for a family vacation.

I will definitely be back to this motel on my next trip next year!
