This place is great! A true hidden gem. Me and my mates were astounded at how luxurious the cottage was for such a cheap price. The hosts were incredible! Ridiculously nice, giving and helpful. We were sad to leave after one night, wanted to stay forever. Definitely revisiting!!!! 10/10 recommended

We stayed at Turmeric Gardens during Easter holidays. The moment we drove in we could feel the tranquility and calmness of the place. Wayne and Margaret were very welcoming and helpful but at the same time they gave us full privacy during our stay. The cottages are self contained and designed to live and love environment. Mornings were very energizing...

Arriving after a quick look at the charming village shops, turning into the Tumeric Gardens long drive is so beautiful; glimpses of cottage, lake with ducks just left us taking long deep relaxing breathes. Our hosts were lovely, providing for our needs but never intruding. The little home from home was comfortable with all mod cons and a queen size...

We stayed one night only and wanted to stay longer afterwards! Our hosts who have recently taken over these cottages were extremely generous, friendly and helpful. The cottage was clean, light, modern well appointed and felt good to stay in, set amongst gardens and bush with only birds and frogs to listen to. Happy to return.

We were delighted to find this accommodation by chance at the end of day of touring in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. The cottages are on Citrus Road, about a 10 minute drive from Palmwoods. A sign advertising the accommodation marked the entrance to a long gravel drive leading to the property. The entrance is at an angle to the sign...
