We recently had a bad experience at the lodge. If I could give it a "zero" star I would. They are not pet friendly. We reserved 2 nights (plus pet fee)...on the second day they asked us to leave because our dogs were "too hairy." We had paid the hotel cost plus a pet fee for 2 nights. They asked...

After having dinner with friends we returned to our room entering the back of the hotel, through the same gate we left. We were greeted by barking dogs and the owner's son telling us we shouldn't be behind the hotel. He then rudely informed us we are lucky he didn't shoot us. We will never stay there again and advise...

I booked ahead and didn't research enough. I was trying to avoid bad weather and booked too quickly. DO NOT make the mistake I did. Don't book here! Just reading a few reviews has shown me this is a loser of a property. Driving in at night, I thought it was odd that there was no mention of lodging for...

We stopped by to play a quick round of golf on their executive course. Course was in wonderful condition... the wife loved it. The lady working at the desk was so pleasant... we decided to stay for lunch. Good food! Would recommend visiting if driving through or staying in the area. Would recommend the course for beginners... but also a...

We found nothing "historic" but much that was old. Booked here rather than a chain hotel looking for something charming. No charm found here. This hotel is clearly struggling. The room was clean and the staff welcoming. Sheets were nearly see-through. Walls not sound insulated. By the time we had the tv loud enough for us to comfortably hear, the...

We checked in here for one night whilst on a road trip. Staff were friendly if a little busy with endless people queuing to buy lottery tickets and scratchcards. Room was fine if a little dated. Bed was comfortable and free coffee in room. Also a fridge and microwave. Not really geared up for food but did fried stuff until...

They will turn you away - and deny your confirmation . . . . and keep your money! I had to find another motel with my two children (100 miles out of my way) . . . You know why they live in this God-awful mudhole? Because they deserve it. I am not done with getting my money back. But...

the worst indignity to this stay, was that at 8:00am the next morning, there was still not a single employee available. Forget your $180 including any sort of continental fare. Indeed, there was not ANY breakfast (or even a vending machine, for that matter) available IN THE ENTIRE TOWN. At 8:15am, I left my key on the cluttered front desk,...

I'm in the hotel industry and they have and extremely unfair cancelation policy..........5 day cancelation policy and they bill your credit card for all the nights of the registration whether it's one night or one week.....watch out if you have to cancel 2 weeks or one month

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. It was off season and only about 3 or 4 rooms were booked. The restaurant was closed because there was no one to use it so we went to a casino on the Arizona side for dinner. It was very quiet.
