Went to Lone Pine for our year-end December 2016 holidays. Family holiday. Love the resort environment. Nearly the whole resort is painted in white/ beige in colour, which makes it gave it a very lovely, casual ambient throughout. Gave me the casual and relaxed feeling throughout our whole holiday. Our room was lovely. Big & spacious. With a nice big...

Hotel design is of English heritage, though aged but well maintained. Facilities wise nothing to shout about, spent most of the time at pool and beach. Overall environment feels very relaxing and laid back The one thing which annoys me is the kids/children pool which has very rough stones like finishing inside out. I totally finds no reason why in...

Myself and my partner stayed in Lone Pine for 8 nights back in April 2016 and has an amazing time. All the staff were happy and pleasant and would always greet you whenever you went through the lobby. Nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in a sea view room on the 3rd floor. Great size room with massive bathroom....

Purchased online through Booking.com called their line was told would get a 'special' upgrade if not a free one. Upon checking in the duty manager without any courtesy mentioned I'm the boss here and i talked to the sales boss and theres no such arrangement. Clearly this manager has no clue who the real boss is. I was told to...

Firstly let me say that the people at this hotel are excellent, very attentive and always with a smile . We arrived here after looking at trip advisor and other sites , the lone pine seems to offer itself as a...

Have just returned from the lone pine after spending a week there. We had a sea facing room on the second floor with a large balcony and great day bed which was really relaxing in the evening to sit and chill out before eating out. The room itself was bright and airy and toiletries were replaced ever day and were...

Having stayed in KL at the Majestic it was a disappointment to arrive at a somewhat scruffy reception at the Lone Pine even more disappointing washroom 100 dark outlook and in need of talc, however the management moved both our selves and friends to rooms which had been restored and things improved immensely, the staff were superb , breakfast had...

This hotel doesn't have hospitality. Especially the reception manners are very bad and there is no sevice spirit. Many of them did not say greeting ,they are almost keen on chatting with their colleagues or they are doing them smartphone while looking down. As my husband...

I shared a garden room with a friend. We had personal, exceptional service from the management. Our room was excellent. Spacious, extremely well planned, clean and with our own private 'garden'. The beach was a few metres away, the swimming pool, sunbeds, bar and restaurant on our doorstep. The food was good, service excellent, staff friendly and helpful. There is...
