The villas very nice inside, spacious with private balcony. However, power outlets didn't work for one night, but fixed the next day. The bed sheets were stained, and the bathroom floors were full of dirt after the housekeepers cleaned. Also the housekeepers didn't knock before entering for both mornings we were there. Not very satisfied overall.

Stayed here a few nights before moving to the beach. Cabanas are sweet! Small kitchen, decent sized bath, super comfortable bed, nice little porch, and a hammock in front. Located near the center of Santa Teresa across from one of the main beach accesses and a few blocks from the grocery store. Very functional. Outdoor showers to rinse off the...

Esencia is greatly placed across the road and a short walk from the path to the beach and very close to restaurants, cafes, and shops. It is also right in front of the local disco La Lora Amarilla. It is built on a steep hill, stand alone casitas at the bottom, pool, tiny restaurant and massage area on a small...

Very good cabana, in a beautiful garden. The kitchen didn't have all the items needed to cook, and a pan was very damaged. The only downside is the fact that is located in front of a discoteque and during the night is a bit noisy.

Very friendly and helpful staff, brought breakfast right to our room in the morning :) Only downside was the hotel was located at the far end of the beach from...

We booked a last minute room because as spoiled rotten americans we decided we had to have AC for a night. The room we booked could have slept 4 easily with a large queen sized bed and two singles. It had a kitchenette and bathroom was great with all the hot water you needed. The property is well maintained, clean,...

I have stayed at many hotels in the Santa Teresa area and this has been my least favorite. It is at the peak of high season, but for $150 a night I would expect far more. There is very little privacy here, and it feel like you are being watched by management and all the other guests. The room decor...
