We had the joy of spending 3 days and did not want to leave. The cabanas are roomy and comfortable, beds were comfortable, fridge worked well and is a nice amentity. The property is beautiful and set us for relaxing from beautiful hand painted chairs to hammocks for lounging. Laundry lines are available if needed. Bird song wakes you up... More

My family of 5 stayed 3 nights at Cabanas Potosi, and I totally could have stayed longer. LOVED the garden property, the hammocks, the wildlife, and of course the owners Dennis and Mireya. First of all the cabanas themselves are perfect. The two that we occupied each had a double and single bed. There is a mini fridge in each... More

Thank you for all your wonderful and honest reviews. The word "Potosi" means "you are of such value to me" Quetchua Language. This is what we love about our clients who love nature and are very respectful to our accommodations of cabanas semi-ecological where we love to apply the clients habits or recycling, doing compos and loving the many species... Perhaps I should mention I used to live in Panama, and my expectations for service there are not always high but I had an absolutely amazing experience staying at Cabañas Potosí. Hands down, I would send everyone I know here. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful - catering to our desires and schedule. Additionally, we were able to schedule... More

We had the pleasure of spending four days here. It's clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Dennis and Mireya were very knowledgeable of the area, people, and wildlife. It's close to the markets, restaurants, and all of the attractions El Valle has to offer. I highly recommend Cabanas Potosi!

I came to El Valle intending to stay 4 nights. I've booked 3 more, remaining at Las Cabanas. With one possible qualification, I feel as though I'm in Paradise and I could not have picked a better place to stay. Dennis and Mireya are the owners and hosts. CP is a small home with 4 rooms, set in a lovely... More

Had 5 amazing days here. The garden is incredible, they do a beautiful job with all the flowers and plants. Attracting lots of birds, and a fun fact is that all 4 rooms have different names depending on what animal you see most. We stayed in room 2 with lots and lots of hummingbirds that we could see right from... More

A very nice cabana. Beautiful grounds and great hosts. Potosi is a nice and quiet place to stay in El Valle Anton. The host is helpful and drives you to restaurants if you want. It cost one dollar only pp. they spent that money for schools in the neighborhood. I stayed with my daughter and it was more than comfortable,... More

Everything all the reviews say and more. It would have to be said to be minimalistic but look at the price. Just the place to relax and unwind. Gracious hosts and the sound of nature. It had all we needed and we left more at rest than when we got there!

I have to say that the location was spectacular, but the fact that the owners were not present put a slight twist on our stay here.
