This is a quaint little place in the valley. We loved this town!! We had fun feeding the chickens and walking along the trail to see the square trees. It's a perfect distance from the main road. If you plan to go see the waterfalls in the town be prepared for a trek.

Although we were not staying here, we were warmly greeted when we arrived at around 11am and asked if they could serve us breakfast. They were in the process of setting up the restaurant for lunch, yet they were able to serve us breakfast with a nice face. The waitress served us a cup of coffee with milk which was...

We stayed her for 1 night on a trip around Panama in March 2016.Hotel is a little out of town in a beautiful peaceful setting. Rooms are set out motel style apart from the main building. It's an older hotel and certainly not the Ritz but for some reason I really liked this place. The grounds are lovely and there are...

We stayed at this cute well maintained hotel while birding the area around the city. The rooms were comfortable and had outside entrances on two levels. While we were there it was exceptionally windy probably because it is very near the side of the mountain. We had breakfast here and they had fresh mini breads, granola, thick corn tortillas and...

This is an nice place to stay in El Valle, I like to stay here with a group of friends and family to paint, relax. Not much to do in the area and the hotel provides a a a good setting to relax. The food was good and they were able to make some special dishes for us.

Stayed for two nights in room 29 Jan 16 as part of a week-long birding trip. Considering that my hotel in Panama City was the Waldorf-Astoria, this was a bit of a change! And while no the Waldorf, the motel provided clean, nicely furnished rooms, a beautiful location, friendly "motel dog" and convenient restaurant. I liked it, especially the cool...

Very nice clean room with comfy beds. Service was overall very good. We only had breakfast in the restaurant which was average. I hope the new management continues to make improvements. It's a lovely place.

I found this hotel and decided to book it. It's off the main highway a ways so having a vehicle is a plus although you'll find many locals walking the area. I wasn't expecting a lot from some of the reviews or pictures but I found it to be amazing. It was exceptionally clean and the beds were comfortable. The...

This hotel is surrounded by mountains and has breathtaking views all around. The grounds are well-maintained and there is a pool to enjoy the surroundings. The hotel is close to town and nearby to all sorts of activities. Our room was clean and modern. We had a very relaxing stay there. Our one mistake was having dinner there. The dining...

We did not stay in this hotel. However, we wanted to visit the squared trees that belong to this hotel. When asking for them, the staff probably did not see us as human beings but as dollar bills. Instead of explaining what we can see and where it is, they repeated about 10 times that she wants money. Maybe this...
