Located on the main road of the hilltop-village, the rooms facing the bay (and the terrace) offer great views - but the other rooms (which make up 50% of the hotel) don't, and you look onto the main road, the village church (which tolls its bells every 15 minutes...) and a parking lot (which offers free parking). The rooms can be fully darkened, the breakfast (with a great view...) was excellent; the restaurant (with the same view...) did not convince me.

I stayed with my boyfriend for 4 nights at La Santa and our expectations were surpassed by a lot. Everything about this place is screaming perfection. Location is on a small mountain about 6 km from seaside, with an amazing view over Ile Rousse. The big sliding windows are a smart addition to the room. The space is medium sized, maybe small some would say.. but extremely smart designed where you don't feel the need for more. Everything is high quality including bathroom installation & appliances. Breakfast with fresh croissants, pain au chocolat, fresh fruits, cafe au lait... what can I say.. HEAVEN.. There is a 15 min drive to the nearest beaches (which btw are extremely beautiful - see Bodri beach) however take some time to take a walk from the hotel to Corbara, a beautiful traditional village 3-4 km away.. It is worth the trouble. For dinners you cannot go wrong with eating at the hotel restaurant, some of the best dishes we had in Corsica, everything is fresh and super delicious. Totally appreciated the effort of the hotel staff to communicate in English while we were hardly speaking any French.. Not many places in Corsica make an effort to accommodate English speakers. PS. Almost forgot something very important... although we booked a room with mountain view we were upgraded for free to sea view which to be honest we would now pay extra for after we saw the magnificent views over Ile Rousse bay.

Just returned from a weeks stay at La Santa. Lovely place, spotlessly clean, great food and really friendly staff. Amazing views from our room and the dining room. Only one small criticism is that the rooms are on the small side and not much space to unpack clothes for a weeks stay but other than that it is a perfect place. Hope to return again in the future.

This small hotel in an idyllic village in Santa Reparata was a joy. The staff are amazingly helpful and efficient, the rooms (on the compact size) just right for a few days, food is great and the views are amazing. We were treated like friends rather than paying guests and would love to return. Parking is plentiful in the free parking area across the road. The breakfast was good and consisted of fresh fruit salad, croissants, pain au chocolat, jams and butter, cake, biscuits, fruit juice and a choice of hot beverages. Evening meals can be taken in the restaurant, which has views to Ile Russe, but you need to reserve a table as it's incredibly popular. In front of the hotel there are chairs and tables for your pre-dinner drink or coffee, etc. The bar area is lively with locals, which is always a good sign! Food is wonderful, service is speedy. Thank you Sylvain and team for a great stay. We would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Room Tip: Room 6 looks good. If you are not good with stairs, ask for a room on the first floor.

This hotel is ideal for a brief stay en route, with stunning views. The restaurant has the best views back to L'lile Rousse and its menu is quite broad and reasonably priced. Service is excellent. The eglise right alongside the hotel has bells ringing on the hour, but thankfully they are switched off between 10pm and 7am. We had to reconfirm a non-smoking room, so if that is important for you make sure you have an email to refer to when you check in.
