Homegrown figs and hand picked blackberries for breakfast - very tasty.
Extremely close to Giverny and they provide lots of helpful information.

Would go back happily :)
The towels in the bathrooms were a little bit musty, but that really is my only criticism!

We stayed only one night, but it was enough to make us want to come back. Ideal for couples, and quite close to Giverny (our main objective for the weekend).
The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and generally the entire house arranged with charm and good taste. Rich continental breakfast served in the lovely garden all in a very peaceful area. The hosts are very welcoming and discreet, ready to help with recommendations (we ate a delicious dinner at Le Chineur Gourmand). Some specific "home rules" to be followed e.g. access to the common/guests' facilities, keys usage - make sure you get all the needed info in advance. In short, a place to recommend!

We stayed 2 nights while visiting Monet's Garden and wished we could have stayed longer. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful with good recommendations for other places to visit. We enjoyed these equally as much as the spendid garden. Our bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was ample and beautifully prepared. The property is quietly situated with parking just outside the house. It was about a 25 minute drive to Monets garden and Pascal kindly seved us an early breakfast so that we could get there before opening time. We would definitely recommend a stay at this beautiful home.

This was an experience in itself. The B&B was beautiful and the host, Pascal, was delightful. Be prepared for some idiosyncrasy but only because they love their home and are determined to look after it (like shoes off at the door and slippers provided or no rolling suitcases over the floor in case you scratch it). The rooms are very comfortable and romantic and the breakfast is great. The common spaces are comfortable and beautifully decorated and the garden is a delight (though the weather was not kind while we were there). Pascal also has good advice as to where to find a nice restaurant for dinner. We stayed only one night while we visited Monet's Garden in Giverny but it was a lovely stay. There are closer places to stay for Giverny (on Google maps this looked like it was just up the road but, of course, in France that's enough space to put about three villages). But it is an easy drive so it was not a problem. Recommended.

La Barriere Fleurie is a wonderful and romantic B&B. Marc and Pascal did everything they could to make our stay fantastic; we arrived really late and this wasn't a problem, they also recommended sights and restaurants in the neighborhood. The best part: I have never seen a room so clean! For French standards, the breakfast was really good; everything was home made and tasty. Beautiful garden attached to our room and around the house. Would recommend everyone to go here!

The facilities provided by Pascal and Marc were excellent. At the time of our stay we were the only guests and our delightful room opened onto the garden and was quiet and relaxing. Our hosts arranged a hire vehicle for us and Pascal was happy for us to travel with him to Paris which was a major stress relief. The attention to detail and genuine care of us as guests made our stay in the French countryside one of the highlights of our trip.

This is quite simply magnificent. The style and comfort of the maisonette is superb. Our host Pasquale was wonderful. The breakfast was amazing. Homemade preserve, fresh fruit from the garden all excellent. The garden is beautiful. We felt very welcomed.
You will be asked to pay in cash so be prepared.
Would definitely stay here again it's wonderful.

After having reserved a room six months prior to our trip to France, we're were e-mailed two days before our scheduled arrival that our room had been unexpectedly changed. We asked to keep the same room, but this request was denied. They wanted to move us to a room with a smaller bed and a shared toilet in the hall, rather than a private toilet. So we cancelled. We don't think this is appropriate.

Despite written form confirmation we were rejected in front of the doors because of some overbooking or a so called "mistake".
Would say we were also surprised to be asked "to pay in cash if possible" (sic !) . Apologies were very light, no alternative proposed, no nothing... and this despite all available phone numbers.
This has provided serious stress and resulted in an above than expected budget.
Also take note the tariff are not updated : count +€5 vs what says the web site.
Conclusion : very light ...
I am terribly sorry i have to let such negative feed back which i usually dont do, but this time was a bt of too much.
good luck all.

"If you would like extra space, they have a room with twin beds and a third smaller bed that's probably a bit bigger than the other rooms, and it's only a few Euros more."
