Really enjoyed this place. It was beautiful and well declarative. The grounds were beautiful. We sat out by the pool and just felt grand. Our room was big and it had a nice big tub as well as a shower. It was like staying in a castle. The hosts were great. Very friendly. We had dinner in the restaurant and...

Couldn't gps to the street that it wa some but found it easily anyway. Pretty much one of there best places I've ever stayed (a legitimate old castle). The whole property is incredible and beautiful and quiet in the off season. Service was really great and the little breakfast was awesome (despite other reviews). Yes you make your own coffee...

The chateau is in a beautiful setting with lovely gardens. We had lunch by the pool which was good but the whole the experience was overshadowed by unpleasant wafts of rotting rubbish. It was very hot and when walking back to our car we discovered that the chateau dumps their rubbish in the street!! Hence the terrible smell! What a...

We popped back to the chateau after staying there 29 years ago. We only had lunch but enjoyed it very much. Simple but well prepared salads. It was great to see the place and reminisce. Perhaps stay on our next visit to the area. It seems more family orientated now but out of the main season looks great for couples.

The room was "acceptable", however definitely not worth €200/night, excluding breakfast. I really don't understand how the government attributes the "stars". This was a 3-star hotel, but the room was smaller & more poorly equipped than the 2-star hotel we stayed in the previous night at half the price. The only thing they offered extra were bathrobes, which doesn't merit...

My second visit and it was just as good as the first. Dining in the garden is really special with the Chateau dominating the background. Candle lit tables and white tablecloths really add to the occasion which just oozes relaxation and quality. The food was spot on with beautifully presented plates, full of quality and flavour. The only slight disappointment...

We booked through VeryChic on a promotional deal. It looked wonderful and the reviews we saw were very complementary. So 3 of us arrived with high expectations. The welcome at reception was warm, we reserved a table for dinner in the hotel restaurant and were then helpfully shown to our 2 rooms, although surprisingly (with 2 women in our party)...

We stayed two nights as a base for a cycling tour in Provence. What a treat this hotel was, the building and grounds are visually stunning. You can have an aperitif in the courtyard ( just a bit cool for breakfast outside at the end of May ) and then dine in an elegant dining room. We had a terrace...

Lovely Chateau. Stayed 2 nights. Our room was one of 4 that was a converted horse stable. It was a good size room and the beds were comfortable. The room and bathroom were quite clean. The air conditioning didn't work though. Seems to be common in France. The food was great and the service was excellent. Overall good experience.

“Specifically avoid the ground floor rooms in the "Carriage House" wing. I suspect if you book though a discounting website, you will be given the "discount" rooms and the "back corner" of the restaurant.”
