I really dont know where to start with this hotel. Everything from start to finish was perfect.
Let's start with the owners. These two guys and a lady are fantastic hosts. Anything we asked was catered for and nothing was too much trouble. These people are there from morning to night and could not do enough for us.
Checkin was friendly and efficient. Our bags were taken a dropped to our room and the room was inspected by the owner before we were allowed to enter it.
The pool area is amazing. Very comfortable sunbeds and pool side service from the bar. A pint of draught beer is about €4 so very reasonable.
As you can see from my pictures our room was amazing. Spacious with high quality fixtures and bedding. It was so comfortable. We also had out own terrace and loungers.
Breakfast was very fresh and again the owners were present. I would highly recommend the coffee. Food was very tasty.
The only way to understand the high quality of this hotel (which we feel is 5 star) is to stay here. It takes your breath away on arrival and makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed.
Thank you from the Irish Guys!

myself and my wife stayed for 9 night and had a wonderful relaxing time. The stunning hotel is run by brothers Stavros and Lefteris. Their attention to detail and level of service is out of this world and second to none. Right from check in to check out they looked after us and gave us amazing advice and laughs. They are such grounded and sweet human beings and care so much about their hotel and service that is hard to match what they offer. Their food at the pool is delicous and their beers and cocktails as well. We ended up chilling by the pool most of the time and there are 2 of them. The vibe is super chilled and everything is so clean and such beautifully presented. we are looking to book next year as well :). The location is great and only a few min walk to many bars and restaurants on the sea front. They organised a wonderful catamaran trip which was great way to see the island and also a off road car to drive around which was great fun. They have been working there over 25 years with their parents and their parents must be salts of the earth they way they have passed on their care and entergy. They are always around if you need anything and such good fun. The location is easy access to all parts of island. Rooms are beautifully decorated and cleaned every day by an amazing cleaning lady. They have a great staff as well which really makes it such a good place to go. One of my favourite hotels i have ever been to and highly recommend it. Thanks guys and Emerald - you rock!!!!!xx

Booked this hotel after a recommendation from a friend who has been several times and reading other reviews on trip advisor.
Well this hotel does not disappoint. What an amazing hotel, amazing staff and all round stunning hotel.
Two brothers run this hotel and its a family run business, attention to detail comes second to none and nothing is too much trouble. They have this amazing personal touch that makes this hotel special.
From the friendly personal meet and greet outside the hotel when you arrive to the waving off when you leave says it all.
They employee family and friends as staff and nothing is too much trouble, they arrange restaurants with the best seats & tables for sunset views to taxis to get you there, its like having your own personal concierge service.
We had a plunge pool room and oh the bed and linen were so comfortable, the rooms were cleaned everyday and immaculate, the room was a great size and the pool was a lovely addition after sitting in the sun to cool down. We initially had a deluxe room booked & i emailed out to upgrade, but there was no availability then a week before we came Stavros emailed back to say a plunge pool room had come available. They deal with so many clients i was impressed that he remembered.

I will certainly be back without a doubt and have already recommended this hotel to family & friends.

All i can say is THANK YOU so much for a wonderful stay at your hotel you really do have something special here.

Andrea & Gary Neve

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, the rooms were very clean, staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is a few minutes away from Perissa beach which is convenient. The breakfast was good, there are 2 swimming pools with sunbeds and a bar. We were also recommended places to eat by the host. The bus stop is a few minutes away, you can get a bus from Perissa to Fira which costs €2.20. There is also a laundry service close by which costs €10 euros with same day collection. Me and boyfriend really enjoyed our stay! Thanks very much!

Stayed here for our honeymoon and the staff couldn’t do enough to make sure we had a fantastic time. Booked one of the private jacuzzi rooms which was a lovely feature to have. Rooms were immaculately clean and the help from the staff throughout our stay was brilliant, on nights where we wanted to travel into Fira they recommended restaurants with terrific views of the volcano and even booked the tables for us which was a nice touch. They also booked wine tasting for us and ensured we received a great at table when we arrived. The experience from check-in to check-out was 5*, oh and the cocktails from the hotel bar are amazing. Would certainly stay here again.

From the moment we stepped out of the taxi at 11:30pm we were greeted at the door by Emerald and Lefteris, one of the owners. We are used to a warm welcome in Greece but in 50 years I have never come across such exceptional treatment.
They worked incredibly hard to ensure that everything was perfect for our stay yet seemed to smile non-stop. They made us feel like valued members of their family.
The whole hotel is stunning, very much a boutique hotel with lots of personal touches, spotlessly clean. We had jacuzzi suites and they were perfect. We had a little private courtyard with a heated jacuzzi then up stairs to a small terrace with table and chairs and our suite.
The hotel is cleverly designed so that it's not just a row of identical box like rooms but a complex of interesting areas, seating and the fabulous pool.
Breakfast is continental, fresh breads, pastries, greek fritters as well as eggs. It's served in a delightful bright setting, as with the rest of the hotel even the furniture is hand made and well designed.
This hotel is for you if you like peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings with friendly 5* service.
The hotel is located just off the main beach strip with loads of restaurants and tourist shops. Emerald showed us where to find the part of the beach with complimentary sun beds for hotel guests, one of many tavernas offering great greek food with the usual excellent value.
I didn't want to leave and I'll definitely be booking a return visit as soon as they reopen in April next year.
If like us you arrive late, go to Premier Cafe/Restaurant about a ten minute walk away where Spiros the wonderful owner serves crepes, waffles, sandwiches and burgers or they will deliver to the hotel. Say hi to Hermes the dog.
You can hike up a slightly rocky path to the small chapel that seems to be built into the side of the mountain and the views from up there are fantastic.
If you want to see the island, hire quad bikes or buggies, it's easy to drive all the way to Oia, visit the town of Pyrgos from where you can view the whole island.

Stayed here for 4 nights whilst attending a friends wedding in Santorini. The hotel is very typically Greek, with well furnished, stylish and spotlessly clean rooms and areas.

All the staff are super friendly and efficient.

There are two pools, one around the reception area which got busy very early, the other pool is towards the beach area and was less crowded. Pools were cool but perfect for a refreshing dip. We liked the fact that the hotel was adult only and led to a peaceful pool experience.

Lots of bars, cafes snd shops within a minutes walk.

The hotel can also arrange airport transfers in high end vehicles for 50 euros.

Highly recommend Anastasia for a break in Perissa.

This hidden gem is an excellent hotel that is well run by an excellent team , the brothers who run this hotel have set it up to an excellent standard with the rooms set out to a high standard. All of the team from the housekeeping to the front of house are amazing and will help with any requests you may have. The room had all the things you need Fridge, x2 TVs (channels are many but not many in english) there was a sink with plates / cutlery. Rooms have air con which is a benefit at night , If you have a plunge pool then you will be well rewarded as there are 2 pool beds & a swing chair. The hotel has 2 pools which do have plenty of sun beds around them.
You are only 2 minutes from the beach and an abundance of restaurants, the beach generally charges for the sun beds on a day rate

Don’t miss this as a place to stay if your in Santorini

Have just returned from a week's stay at the Anastasia & what a beautiful hotel, location and people! It's absolutely stunning and in a fantastic area full of restaurants, cocktail bars and entertainment.
On arrival,(2.30am) we were greeted by Emerald who swiftly showed us to our room which was a superior studio with pool view. Absolutely beautiful but we were disappointed to see no food/cold water left for us after travelling for so long and arriving very early in the morning. There was a bottle of water but it was warm and not in the fridge. The room has a fridge, small freezer compartment, kettle, plates, cutlery and crockery.
The breakfast in the morning is beautiful. We'll presented and changeable. The staff at this hotel work so hard and are constantly refreshing items, cleaning and saying hello to guests/chatting to guests.
The pool areas (2) are very well maintained and are beautiful. Lots of loungers and space and we did not struggle to get a lounger.
Cocktails/beers/wines/soft drinks are served throughout the day and range from 13 to 15 euro. The beach area is absolutely beautiful with double sunbeds etc.
The beach is beautiful but the sand is very, very, very hot! If visiting I would bring water shoes and also be careful when getting in and out the water. It's quite dangerous.
The hotel could not do enough for us and helped book a restaurant for the sunset in Fira and transport etc.
The only other negative we had was I had emailed the hotel 4 times prior to our visit as this trip was for a special occasion. And noone ever replied to me. I emailed them on 4 different platforms and all went unanswered so I was disappointed in this.
All in all I would return to the Anastasia. It's absolutely beautiful and Perissa is a great area. It was a fantastic stay and we feel so lucky to have got to experience it.

A beautiful boutique hotel. Lovely pool areas, we got upgraded to a large pool view suite on arrival.
The staff members are incredible.. they are there every morning and every evening, extremely helpful and friendly.
We had the most incredible experience in Santorini. The room was cleaned everyday to a high standard and breakfast was fresh and tasty each morning. The area of Perissa is perfect as there is a 1 minute beach walk within the hotel to the beach and 30+ fabulous restaurants.
The hotel also arranged a private car to take us ti Thera one day and also Amoudi Bay on another day. We experienced a couples full body massage which was the best we’ve ever had, along with an hour in the spa and Jacuzzi which was so special. We highly recommend this hotel.
Thank you to all the team for making our stay so fantastic.

I would totally recommend this hotel. The room we stayed in had a hot tub, but we saw lots of people sunbathing and swimming beside their own pools. The rooms & pools especially near the front of the hotel got a lot of sun. There are two main swimming pools were lovely and there was always sun beds available.
