Svea is a completely updated small hotel in the middle of the new town hotel zone. It's a busy area, but if you get a room on the back side, you don't notice. It's just a 15 minutes walk to the old town. I selected Svea because it was the only hotel in it's relatively low price range (about 47...

We have just come back from 3 nights at the Svea. The rooms are compact but spotless. All of the staff from the cleaner to the front of house service are professional and nothing is too much trouble for them. This is an adults only hotel which is just what we were looking for. The breakfast which is included is...

An overall excellent experience at the Svea. I stayed 3 nights on the 5th floor with a balcony overlooking the street. No problems with noise at night. Rooms updated, comfortable, and clean. Strong, free Wi-Fi available with a router on each floor. Spectacular hospitality provided by the team, especially Lucy (evenings) and the café server (female) from Hungary. What an...

The room was really small and the bathroom tiny! Beds and pillows were so soft that were uncomfortable, not to mention I was taller than the bed in length. The breakfast had no variety and the quality was very poor.

We spent two nights in this wonderfull and modern hotel and we really enjoyed it. Rooms are well decorated and the general appearance of the building is really good. Breakfast area is nice and you can enjoy your breakfast outside as well, enjoying the sun. Breakfast was good enough and it had many things to choose from. We also decided...

There's alot of old and dirty budget hotels in the center but this one definitely stands out. It looks brand new, clean and with very "ikea style" cozyness =)When we came back home we even bought the same sheets from ikea because we liked the design so much! Breakfast had great a la cart options. Croissants were the best! Location...

Amazing value for money. Such a clean and friendly Hotel. Lovely clean and fresh bedding. Great Swedish buffet breakfast and friendly service! Very quiet - I was advised to, "Get stuck in!" whilst at the breakfast buffet by the restaurant manager. Lovely little balcony area and a super powerful shower (the sort of shower that doesn't like sun-burn) so cream...

I would not normally stay in a town hotel on a holiday island but as I stayed technically in winter and out of season (the season starts 1 May in Rhodes) I wanted to be in a central location where I knew some restaurants and bars would be open. This hotel has no pool or sunbathing area, but does have...

Breakfast and location near the beach are the highlights, as well as the very friendly staff. It is not too close to the historic part of town, but is still a walking distance. The bathroom was very small and the internet connection was not great, but our room had a sunny balcony. We also heard some doors slamming at night,...
