We stayed for 6 nights. I wanted a hotel close to all of Rhodes attractions, this was perfect, walking distance to everywhere, clean, nice rooms. We did have the smallest balcony ever though! I think its rated a 4 star, its a 3 star but it does it well. The food was rather bland & boring though, but for the... More

Clean hotel, big room. Air conditioning in room which wasn't noisy. Had access to the grand palace (which was the sister hotel) swimming pool if required which was a two minute walk. Hotel was walking distance to everything in Rhodes town and transport to other areas of the island. Only issue was the food (we were half board). Was a... More

Have just returned from holiday and did back to back stays here either side of a cruise from Rhodes. The hotel is great with really helpful staff and wonderful facilities and surroundings. We were all inclusive for 8 days before our cruise and a further 2 days after while awaiting our flight back home. Tony and Georgios behind the bar... More

The location is excellent for getting to the beach and the old town. It is also surrounded by plenty bars and restaurants. The rooms are a decent size and very clean. We requested a room overlooking the pool and had a minute balcony which didn't look very safe to say the least! The pool area is small and cramped but... More

My wife and I have just returned from a one week stay at this hotel. As someone who has mobility problems a central location was preferable. The location for me was ideal as it was in the center of Rhodes Town with everything on the doorstep. The food quality was good and the restaurant had a pizza oven where pizzas... More

We stayed at the hotel for a week, and we left as 100% satisfied! Excellent hotel, and as a special reference, we would definitely praise the cleaning staff, and all aspects related to the rooms. For us, the room is the most important thing to consider when selecting a hotel to stay. In this case we are very happy to... More

Stayed at the Petit Palais for three nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We got an extremely good room rate for all inclusive by booking direct through the Mitsis website. When we arrived in Rhodes Town, we initially had a bit of trouble finding the Petit Palais as it is right at the end of Giva street and only has... More

I’ve been to Rhodes Island many times in the past, so I have a good sense of the service provided and the standards are indeed very high. From the very first moment we entered the reception we could tell that the place is very well-organized and members of staff motivated to satisfy guests. To put it briefly, everyone was smiley,... Six of us all 50's age group, took our annual vacation to this hotel, I took time out to read the majority of trip advisor reviews, must say I agreed with the majority of them. some idiots complained about the meals, the meals were of great choice and in our 14 day stay I don't think any of our group... I was there in May 2013 on half board basis . Staff happy to see you and help you in anything. Food excellent to that extend that you want to eat more and you don't have to. I went there with Cosmos holidays and Megan the rep was so good and took care of me when my local trips were... More
