Brian is a super host. I don't know how it does it all. A truly gourmet fantastic breakfast with food produced in his garden. We only stayed one evening in this lovely historic B&B. Brian is a gracious and knowledgeable host. He shared the history of the B&B and the grounds and it's worthwhile to note that he grows a number of ingredients for his lovely breakfasts. The Cairbre House is a charming B and B located on the Estuary in Dungarven, Ireland. The host, Brian, is extremely accommodating, a gifted cook AND gardner. Older style accommodation. Brian is a very good host. Brian and his helpers go the extra bit to prepare breakfast with fresh ingredients from his garden and decorated with flowers picked that morning. We stayed here in June this year a wonderful Guest House looking onto the estuary. Brian the proprietor wonderful gentle man the house is 200 years old & you will get the best breakfast ever he does amazing omelettes. Well worth a visit you will go back again need to book. Grainne o
