We stayed for two nights and found the hosts very helpful and friendly, we enjoyed excellent quality breakfast and evening meals, experienced great customer service from all staff and our room was clean and well catered for.
Our third visit to this lovely hotel. Zoe and Chris are fantastic hosts and we felt thoroughly spoiled. Nothing was too much trouble,food and our room were great. Meant to have a look in the cave, never mind,will try next time! Anne and David F
A short 2-night stay at a lovely hotel which was dog friendly. A large range of breakfast options, freshly cooked which set us up for the day and even our Jack Russell got her own sausage for breakfast. Good sized room, comfortable bed and an area to sit in. Had everything we needed.…
Quirky, friendly hotel with welcoming hosts. A lot of work gone into the hotel by the owners. Makes a change from contemporary, corporate accommodation. Good service and helpful advice on local things to see or do. Breakfast choice, service and quality of food excellent. My wife left her glasses at the hotel and the owners have found them and will post. Great service. Recommend.…
Stayed for one night for partner’s birthday after spending the day in Matlock. Very welcoming couple who ran the place. Relaxing atmosphere and the service was excellent. Food was good too and was even given a little sweet treat for after dinner as it was a birthday. Also the hotel has its own cave out back. Awesome!!…
