Hello sorry we had not seen your question here on Tripadvisor for some reason. Its always quicker to just call us directly if you have any urgent questions as we are often busy in the hotel taking care of things and not online. We are a three storey grade II listed townhouse so we do not have a lift and we do not have any ground floor rooms. We do help all guests with luggage especially those who have some mobility issues. So sorry we missed this question here for some reason. We have 8 rooms total. We have two rooms that will take two adults and one child (one single extra bed) and one room that would suit a family with room for two adults and two children under 10 (this room has a superking bed and a pull out double bed/couch) . Hello Roy Thank you for your message yes we did see your email about our wonderful National Cash register and would love to find out more about it. We are really sorry we have not responded but have been really busy through this weekend in fact today is our first day off in a while! We will try to see if we can find information on the machine when we have a moment. Hello sorry we did not see your message earlier... Re-selling rooms at the last minute can be difficult for a small hotel like ours, so should you need to cancel or curtail for any reason, our cancellation policy requires you to give us at least 48 HOURS NOTICE in order to avoid cancellation fees of the full cost of the room booking/night. Any deposit made is non refundable but we will transfer the deposit to a future date if you do need to cancel suddenly due to unforeseen circumstances. THanks Best regards Zoe & Chris
