Detailed Reviews
We are not the usual ‘static caravan holiday’ goers. But holidaying in the UK was our only choice this year and we wanted to find somewhere quiet, spacious, comfortable and a good base for exploring the East Coast.
This place was perfect. We stayed in a lodge, which for £125 per night was great! Two bedrooms (plus sofa bed), fully fitted out kitchen, lounge with comfy sofas, two bathrooms, nice decor and very comfortable!
The staff were lovely and hospitable. They were constantly maintaining the grounds, it was immaculate.
The only two suggestions I have, rebuild the playground, it’s currently closed due to erosion on the older side of the site (we didn’t stay there) - this was a major disappointment for our daughter... and a small shop on site, maybe selling loo roll, tomato ketchup etc.
If you take kids, ask for bird seed from the main reception, it’s free and you can feed the ducks!
Lovely place, highly recommend if you want somewhere quiet, not crowded and perfect for avoiding high volumes of people!

+1
We have just spent a very enjoyable week in a caravan at Hornsea Leisure Park. The caravan was equipped to a high standard and complementary tea/coffee hot chocolate and milk sachets were there for our use. They also provided small bottles of shower gel and soap. The caravan was spotlessly clean and comfortable . We booked a caravan on The Headlands which was overlooking the sea, with great views. The caravans are well spaced apart so we didn’t hear our neighbours and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The staff on reception were really friendly. The grounds are very well maintained and everywhere looked neat and tidy. There is no direct beach access from the site, but we found a way down a short walk away. Within walking distance of the town (approx 1.5 miles) , and there is a regular bus service. We did miss having Wi Fi at first, so recommend you take a good book. After a few days however, we didn’t miss the Wi Fi and started to enjoy the freedom from the internet and a feeling of ‘getting away from it all’ . A great site if you enjoy peace and tranquillity (apart from the sound of the sea)

Hornsea Leisure Park is a popular park for sales with a small well managed hire fleet.
Lots of the private owners have been there for many years. The park is for holiday homes only and not for residential. Great location only a short walk from the Promenade, beach and seaside town of Hornsea.

My parents purchased a loadge and were told they could live there year round, this was fine but after 2 years the coronavirus pandemic hit and they said they had to leave thus making them homeless. My parents aswell as many others disputed this and the park reveresed its decision but held a grudge against these elderly people who lived there. The park made them sell their homes back to them at a vastly reduced rate, we are talking 10s of thousands of pounds. My mum and dad have have to take out a mortgage in retirement because of the these people.
You have been warned, avoid at all costs.

Just had our 1st trip to this park as we have purchased a caravan, so pleased with this park,as it is very quiet, apart from a few barking dogs.
In a fantastic position, so convenient for all amenities, only a couple of minutes in car to town and beach,or about a 15 mins walk.
Some free car parks by the beach which is a nice bonus.
The beach is a bit pebbly in places, but some nice stretches of sand as you walk further along the promenade .
All in all we are very happy with our new caravan, the park, and hornsea itself, and would happily recommend to anyone thinking of buying here.

Stayed here with friends with the thought in my mind of buying a holiday home. But after the couple ofdays I spent here would not recommend this place to any one.The site is in appearance lovely, but the downside is....a field that is constantly used by children ,noise from 7 am to dusk.Kids wizzing up and down on electric scooters, electric toy cars complete with 5 year old kids that drive towards you egged on by grandparents who think its funny to drive these things into you.Constant bouncing of footballs on the field that sound resonates in your caravan.Constant barking of small dogs.
Grand parents climbing trees , to retrieve footballs that their grandkids kicked into trees.Safety wise 2to 7 year old children running into the road as cars approach. This pla ce isNOT recommend like a bad holiday park ,never again.

Fabulous site , beautifully maintained.
Great staff. Everyone from the maintenance team to the managers always up for a chat and banter.
Good location near to the beach and the town.
We own a holiday home here and are lucky enough to spend all our weekends chilling and recovering from a busy week.
Friday to Monday on this site and peace is restored :)

Stayed here for a mid week break and will definitely return again. Immaculate gardens and peaceful. The park is located only a 10 minute walk from the town centre and beach. We visit here every year and it never fails to disappoint.

Hello and thank you for asking. The vast majority of pitches have a private parking bay, but for those that have not you can park on the roadside close to your caravan. There are several communal parking areas also. Hope this helps.
