Earlham House is a beautifully restored Edwardian House with 3 en-suite rooms. One double and two twins. It is situated less than 100m from the seafront/beach and within easy walking distance to the town and the many Bars, shops and Restaurants. The price for bed and breakfast is £80 for double occupancy and £60 single. There is free WIFI internet access in all rooms, as well as a comfortable seating area, flat screen free-view TV and a sea view. All rooms are extremely spacious and have a bath and a shower, as well as many original features. We are reopening on 1 June 2015 and look forward to taking your bookings now. Earlham House is a beautiful and extremely well presented edwardian house. Immacualtely clean, with outstanding hospitality. Hornsea Town has a lot to offer, with a very good variety of restraunts. A fantastic retreat for those seeking solace and relaxation, with amazing rooms and huge ensuite bathrooms. More luxurious than any other bed and breakfast in which we have stayed. You will not be disappointed with this exceptional value for money!!!

earlham house is a small private guest house with 3 bedrooms one double and two twins, just a short 50 yards from the seafront and a five minute walk into town, very friendly, lovely and clean and highly recommended. the double room was lovely large and with a bath in the middle of the room, plus a separate bathroom and sea views from the window, all rooms have been recently refurbished to a nice standard with a contemporary feel, their website has pictures of the rooms which are very accurate, pity they dont have pictures of the bathrooms on their website as these are also lovely.
free wifi internet access is available in your room.

breakfast was lovely a choice of cereals fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, and a lovely cooked fried breakfast.

there is free parking outside the hotel in the street

certainly one of the better private guest houses / hotels i have stayed in, would willingly go back and could highly recommend.

hornsea is a nice little sea side town, and the trips to spurn head and the rspb site at bempton cliffs which were recommended by the owners of earlham house, were well worth the visit if you like nature.

We've stayed here several times in 2010/11 and are absolutely delighted that they are reopening. A fabulous, friendly guesthouse run by the most lovely couple. Food and rooms are superb. Really great value for money too.

We arrived with fab directions from our lovely hostess Tracey. We could not believe how close we were to the sea. Our reaction upon entering the twin room was WOW and WOW, it was big, roomy and excellently furnished. I loved the touch of fresh fruit and a small bottle of wine, mum loved the bottle of water and the toiletries in the huge bathroom. We stayed for three nights and we loved it. Breakfast was fnatastic with fresh produce and thick bacon. We had a sneaky peak into the room next door and wow was our reaction more like a 5 star hotel room. The location was perfect for looking round Hornsea and the chips on the beach. It is only a 15 min car journey into Beverley and 45 mins to York Park and Ride (at the recommendation of Tracy and with directions provided from her). We would love to go back again.

Perfect location with sea view from the beautiful twin room. The house is beautiful and immaculate.

The owners are lovely with good suggestions for nights out.

Had a great breakfast that wasn't at all greasy.

Please can I stay forever?!??!

Apologies for not posting sooner. Had an excellent stay here recently in Hornsea. Lovely property, spacious & well appointed twin room with luxury en-suite facilities. Tracy offered us a warm welcome after driving down from Scotland on a horrible winter's day.
My colleague & I were participating in a bowling tournament the following day & as I had an early start could only manage a light breakfast. After I completed my early match & returned for my colleague who had indulged in the excellent full English Tracy had prepared me a lovely bacon sandwich, now that is going the extra mile & was very much appreciated.
No hesitation in returning here for future events.

We were delighted with every aspect of our stay with Tracy and Michael. The lovely Tracy welcomed us at the door and showed us to our gorgeous room. Sea view, roll top bath , bottle of wine and all you could want for a relaxing break. The house is very convenient for a walk into town or along the seafront and Tracy gave us plenty of advice on places to eat . Breakfast was tops. Beautifully cooked and presented. We felt very privileged to share Tracy and Michael's beautiful home and cared for so well.

Driving down the street counting numbers, waiting to see what first impressions would be like…….and WOW, gotta love ocean views. Even better when they are not interrupted…..location, location, location.
The inside of the house (Mansion) didn't disappoint, every where I looked had a high level of detail and workmanship. The place still kept that warm, family feel but, at the same time we felt that we had the entire place to ourselves (which we didn't).
The hosts couldn't do enough for us and were friendlier than a lost puppy.
Definitely will be going back, but for longer.
