Our room was very comfortable and beautifully quiet at the back of the house, bed very big which we loved.
Every need could have been catered for, even found 2 hot water bottles in a drawer.

We were made very welcome at this lovely family run B&B. The staff were so friendly and were happy to give us lots of local information. It was an easy walk into Broadstairs, with It's wonderful beach and busy town centre.

I enjoyed my stay - very helpful and cheerful service.
Very comfortable room.
Great location, close to beach and coastal walks and near the town centre but not in it so a quiet peaceful location.
Excellent breakfast.
I will definitely will stay again.

We had recently attended a wedding in Kent so we decided to spend part of my 60th birthday week in Broadstairs. We normally stay in Hotels or Premier Inns so perhaps its unfair to compare B&Bs…but some things are constant with all accommodation
