We have made several visits over the years and it's as good now as it was for our first visit. Brian and Bernadette are more like old friends, whether it's your first time or like us regular guests. The ingredients they use for breakfast are of top quality. Just wish we could have stayed longer, but as usual they were...

An excellent stay - comfortable and very clean room, quality breakfast and friendly hosts. Property is within walking distance of seafront and excellent restaurant and bars. Would definitely return and recommend to other travellers.

Stayed at Cloonlara for 2 nights, 17th and 18th August. Bernadette and Brian were perfect hosts and Brian cooks a really nice breakfast. The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and the shower is good too. There are a good number of restaurants close by as well as pubs and some good real ale micro pubs. The...

Stayed at Cloonlara B&B for 2 nights in mid August 16 in a beautiful room at the back of the property which was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was amazing, really top quality sausages, bacon and beautiful honey (from Portugal). Bernadette and Brian were brilliant hosts giving us just what we would like from a B&B, they were there...

We had a nice big room (Bergundy room) with all the amenities. Bernadette was welcoming and gave us some good tips on Broadstairs of where to go. We enjoyed sitting in the garden for breakfast. Weather was lovely.

Met by Bernadette and later by Brian, they could not have been more helpful during our 5 nights stay. We arrived as strangers and left as friends. Breakfasts were lovely sitting outside eating some marvelous food cooked by Brian. The honey from Porto was a great treat. The room (Burgundy) was huge with everything in it that we needed. Walk...

This was our first stay at Broadstairs and we chose Cloonlara following a thorough search of Trip Advisor. Brian and Bernadette were extremely helpful during the booking process and our stay did not disappoint. We stayed in the Burgundy room at the front of the house which has a small balcony, it is an airy, en suite room with shutters...

My daughter and I stayed at Cloonlara for 3 nights in July 2016. The location is perfect; it is 5-10 minutes walk to Broadstairs station and less than 5 minutes walk to Viking Bay. Very peaceful and quiet at night even with the window open. The room was lovely. Spotlessly clean with luxurious bed linen, TV, tea, coffee and kettle...
