Stayed here for one night for a work trip as it was cheap and convenient, and as such I was not expecting much from the hotel. The room was fine in terms of size and cleanliness, however the lift smelled of vomit, which seemed not to have been cleaned up properly so I took the stairs! The shower was awful,...

My key criteria for staying away, unless it's a special event, are staff attitude, cleanliness of my room, comfortable firm bed, temperature of the room and the quality of shower/bath. Staff were all friendly and helpful, my room was clean although the temperature control was fiddly. The bed was comfortable but the real let-down was the "adequate" shower. There was...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights during the week. We wanted somewhere clean, comfortable and accessible. There are a couple of restaurants on the doorstep, although we didn't try these. Asda is also just across the road. The hotel had ample free parking for customers and the staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The room was...

I was visiting Northern Ireland to se a close friend of mine for a few days, she suggested here as it was close to her with restaurants and a train station near by. My problem here is not with the standards of the rooms, food or level of service, in fact the woman at the reception desk was very friendly...

Arrived at this hotel before 9am to be greeted at reception by Leanne, what a gem of a girl. First impressions count and Leanne set the tone, nothing was too much trouble, rooms obviously weren't ready but she took our bags and phone number and phoned an hour later to tell us rooms were ready. Hotel was clean, bedroom was...

There is absolutely no sound proofing in hotel room: your neighboring room can hear everything you say. I was making a phone call normally and only after a few minutes of talking normally on the phone the hotel reception sent staff to knock on my door telling me to keep the noise down. So I was baffled and decided to...

Warm and friendly welcome at reception on arrival. Room modern, spacious, clean, well equipped. Bed was really comfortable although quilt was a bit thick and heavy (ours at home is thin and light) slept amazingly well though. Breakfast was good. Wi-Fi easy to log into/access. Easy check out. Only issue was other guests letting their children run screaming up and...

Comfortable and convenient and very reasonably priced. Staff were lovely, especially Stephen when my daughter managed to lock us out on the wrong side of the adjoining door to our rooms having also put the bolt over the door!

It's on par with a premier, but not as quiet. Can easily hear people in next room Nice thing about the hotel is it's location on a modern out of town shopping complex A number of we'll known shops along with a good selection of restaurants Two of the restaurants are offering a two course meal with a free cinema...

My husband was staying here for a two week business trip, so our four-year-old son and I joined him for the weekend to enjoy the sights of Belfast. On arrival, the staff, Stephen and Ryan, welcomed our little boy like he was royalty. When travelling with a young child/children it always makes things much easier when people acknowledge them, so...
