Just had a lovely 2 nights here in the Highlands. The hotel was perfectly located on a beautiful Loch. Our room was lovely, big and very comfortable especially the bed. Double aspect, tea/coffee, large towels in bathroom. Extra heater if we needed it in the room as it was big! The downstairs sitting rooms were big with lots of leather...

We stayed here two nights with friends after getting vouchers from 5pm.co.uk (and yes, we also had huge hassles getting the vouchers to work online to book). We had a great weekend and felt completely cut off from the world and had a relaxing time. The staff were very informal and friendly, which is better than being pretentious and unfriendly...

It´s not luxurious, there´s not a lot of staff, it´s wasn´t the best breakfast BUT: we loved it. Great interior, nice surrounding, terrace with one of the nicest views ever, good bathroom and so very nice staff and guests. We felt thrown back in time. The road isn´t disturbing, which we feared when booking, cause there are like no cars...

We stayed here for a few days in the summer while we did some sightseeing in the scottish highlands. We thought it was a lovely place, more of a guest house feel than a hotel but with hotel amenities (restaurant, entertainment room, bar). We stayed in one of the rooms away from the main building and were able to park...

Having stayed here a couple of times before (and written a good review on here for it), I bought 2 vouchers from 5 p.m. as they seemed great value. However, when trying to book on-line (as the vouchers suggested) the system was not working properly. I e-mailed them my required dates and voucher numbers via the given 'Inspired Hotels' e-mail...

The staff were friendly and attentive without being overpowering. The food was delicious and the bar had a very good selection of drinks including whiskeys. The room was lovely and the shower was very hot. The bed was very comfy and the view from the window is beautiful. I would suggest that you book a superior room if staying more...

Fairly old fashioned hotel with lovely lochside location. Rooms and public areas in need of updating but both dinner and breakfast really excellent in the attractive dining room which takes full benefit of the views. Limited wifi in public areas. Charming and helpful staff. Would stay again even with the limitations.

We have stayed here for two nights and to be perfectly honest, the quality of our stay as a whole was rather poor. After a grand tour throughout Scotland, we had booked this Lodge Hotel for an extra night since we were looking foward for a time of true relaxation. Based on the pics on Tripadvisor, we thought it'd be...

We stayed 2 nights at this traditional hotel. The location is fabulous (right next to loch licht). Dinner & breakfast were excellent. Great for exploring Spean bridge and walk to the commando memorial. Wifi only worked in lounge and both nights we were disturbed by hotel's chronic water system noise. Hess would be easy to fix. Great waypoint on the...

Well placed for an overnight stop. Rooms were well insulated (warm & quiet) and we slept well. Great value for money. Location: Sits on Loch Lochy with easy access from the A82 linking Spean Bridge in the south to Inverness in the north and Skye to the west. We really enjoyed our visit and will stay here again. The room...
