Stayed at Sian (The Duchess of Cowbridge) and John`s bed and breakfast for only one night. We wish we could have stayed longer!. This was by far the best place we have ever stayed in, and when you have to combine work with holidays you need places that are good for the soul . This place and these people are very...

We stayed in one of the four cottages. We received a lovely warm wecome from the owners. The cottage was very dirty and smelt and also the outside are was a mess so we were unable to sit out and enjoy the sun. Unfortunately the owners decided to paint the outside of the cottages while we were on holiday and...

We had a lovely time staying with John and Sian and Max the dog and the chickens (didn't get their names..). Very clean and comfortable rooms with particularly nicely plumped pillows. Super tasty breakfast and John will keep you entertained with his many stories!

My Father, my Husband and myself stayed here for 2 nights. It is a renovated old farmhouse and it has so much character! The Host John is extremely welcoming. He showed us around and happily chatted with us and he has lots of stories to share. We had two en-suite rooms and both rooms were lovely, extremely clean and unique....

We only had the one night here and were working very late... so we didn't want an early breakfast and that was fine with our very friendly and welcoming host. The house has been restored to a high standard and our room was comfortable and homely.... the whole place is very atmospheric and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent with eggs from...

We stayed a couple of nights and really enjoyed our stay. Our hosts, John and Sian, were perfect hosts, going above and beyond what we would have expected to accommodate us. Seeing your eggs for breakfast being collected from the hutch first thing in the morning was the crowning glory. Would definitely recommend

A peaceful oasis brimming with warmth. The rooms were excellent, the setting fabulous, but the icing on the cake was the hospitality of John who made us feel like we had been lifelong friends. A short walk (12mins) down the country lanes into Sigingstone is rewarded with dinner at the delightful Victoria Pub.

I'd definitely recommend this welcoming B&B. John and Sian are utterly lovely - very helpful, fun and interesting people. It's a sweet old farmhouse in a lovely setting, with views over the fields and chickens clucking about. The ensuite rooms were very comfortable, clean and nicely furnished. I liked John's photographs on the walls, and he cooks up an excellent...
