My friend and I didn't expect much for the price but are happy to say it was a very pleasant surprise. Rooms are clean with super cute decor, grabbing fruit off the trees on site was a fun bonus and the manager went above and beyond helping us with our trailer and refusing the tip I tried to give him. Thanks for a great stay 😊

Stayed for 7 months at this wonderful RV Park. Apples were still on the trees when we arrived and were in full flower when we departed. We visited many other RV parks during the winter and this one is by far the best. It’s just beautiful with larger than normal sized sites. Very reasonably priced as well! Our host Krista and her husband are very helpful, they, along with their kids live on-site and are very accommodating and accessible. As full time RV’ers we gladly give ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️!,

You always wonder a bit after booking one of the older "legacy" motels. This one was a treat. The room was nicely updated and very clean, with a fridge, microwave and a mini-cooktop. We were staying during a record-setting heat wave _ 45°C+ _ and the A/C had no problem keeping up. The room also had a high quality ceiling fan that moved lots of air while being nearly silent. We'll certainly be booking again if we are back in Oliver.

The property is surrounded by orchards and you can pick apples from several trees right on the property. I liked the contactless check in where, if you prepay for your room, you are sent a door code by text message. The room itself was bright and cheery. However, the bathroom/shower is the size of a postage stamp with no space for toiletries. I had to put my toothbrush, brush, comb, etc. on a sliver of counterspace alongside the microwave, coffee maker and cups. There are a few tiny shelves attached to the headboard for one's keys, wallet, cellphone, etc. but NO closet!!! What do people do in the winter months? I think this property was well-priced and has great potential but come on folks. a few shelves would certainly help.

We stayed in the RV Park in mid July. There was rotting fruit all over the ground and never once saw any attempt to clean it up. They advertised that Cable and WiFi were included with a full hook up site. The Cable never did work and the WiFi was terrible. There was a young couple that were looking after the place who seemed to be working hard, but it seemed like they had been left in charge of this place without any training on the operations. We paid a premium price for this place and never did receive the service that we expected.

We were expecting the usual medium grade basic motel and were very pleasantly surprised. Many rooms have been upgraded to contemporary, clean and bright, kind of kitchy decor. Plentiful linens, comfy beds, laminate floors, friendly staff. No complaints. They cheerfully accommodated our schedule changes and provided tons of extra coffee on request. This will become a fave spot for visiting nearby family.

Rooms are nicely renovated. Air-con and the option of a fan for a quiet sleep. Beautiful location. Free wifi and cable TV in rooms. Only negative was the empty pool. Close to all the wineries and a short drive to town Worth the stay we will definitely be back again.

Eric and LA and the place hit it out of the park for us. We are a family of four that was biking the Kettle Valley Trail from Myra Canyon to Osoyoos and back to Penticton.
We stay at the Orchard on the way down and on the way back. We stayed in one of the motel suites.
We first talked to LA when we booked and she quickly got what we needed and was very flexible with our situation as we were not entirely sure what date we would arrived. She put a room on hold for us and let us know she would call us if she needed a confirmation.
She assured us that we would have a spot for storing our bikes.
Eric was very knowledgeable about the local biking routes and helped accommodate a shuttle around Visuex Lake to avoid some highway riding.
The pool, wifi, and air conditioning were a great relief when we rolled in. Room was well stocked and clean.

Made our reservation a couple of months back, based on the fact this was a 'pet-friendly' hotel. I contacted them a week ahead of our arrival to request a pet-friendly room. Was told they only had one room that was pet-friendly, and it wasn't available for us. I said that was disappointing to hear, and was then told it was my fault, that I should have let them know ahead of time (which I had done) and should have read the small print more clearly (it doesn't say they only have one room for pets, just says 'pet-specific' rooms, and only one dog weighing under 20lbs, with extra charges) - really unpleasant customer service from Krista. Unfortunately I can't recommend this place, and I feel they shouldn't advertise as being pet-friendly. Or very customer-friendly, in my experience.
