We booked for 2 nights sites are really close but ok we get there and i have a small chev spark there are white lines to mark the sites width so my car being small fit in with the truck that we are hauling our trailer with. Staff informs me that i cannot park on the site i asked why as i am in the white lines doesnt matter its policy normally ok but we are traveling and i have a cargo bag on the top of my car so its easy access to get in it they informed me that i have to park on the street. The staff is very unfriendly and condescending when i inquired if there was additional parking somewhere the response i got was that is the rule and everyone follows it. I guess customer service means nothing the fact that the car fit and we paid for the site is ridiculous was thinking about a week here but nope 2nights and we are moving onto somewhere a little more friendly and based on customer service!!

Very disappointed that the site was not cleaned for us, took a few buckets of soapy water to clean tables. The site says “No pets” and the sign on the way in says “No pets”, guess the owners don’t know about that rule. There were at least 5 dogs beside us and the barked most the day and early evening, one was a hound!

As you enter this campsite/park, the first thing you see is a sign that says NO PETS. "Great" I thought. We aren't dog haters, but we don't travel 4 hours so that we can listen to someone's dog bark. There are a few camping spots in the OKanagan that don't allow dogs, so we thought this might be another one of them. As we are signing in...there are more posted rules: "No Dogs on beach"...OK, we thought that pets weren't allowed but whatever. "Absolutely no mats on grass, let's keep it green"...Makes sense. ...and a few other typical rules that you'd find at any campsite. When we are escorted to our site, we find that we are packed in like sardines, with your neighbour literally within spitting distance...and there are dogs on the beach....and mats all over the grass, as well as a dozen or so trailers...all over the "green". So why post rules if NONE of them are enforced? The campground borders a public park and there are people walking past your site all day long. Our site only had 15 Amp power, so we couldn't run the AC. My complaint is with the CAMPING/RV section, I don't know what the hotel is like...
