Have been returning here for work for several weeks. Rooms are clean and well maintained, as are the grounds. Lovely outdoor gazebo area, communal bbq, and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating! Very knowledgeable about local wineries, restaurants etc. A great place to stay.

Super clean room, the BEST hostess, right in town on the main street and close to everything. Across the street from grocery store, fast food and services. Since a kitchenette unit wasn't available for the duration of my stay I was given plates, dishes, cutlery in my upstairs room. Even a fridge/freezer in the room. The best!!

A nice location but things may be in need if some updating. Old TV, inconvenient power plugs and no complementary coffee for the coffee machine. Clean and friendly but a touch more modernizing would be great.

Clean, cozy, central and friendly proprietor and staff! She suggested we walk along the river, which we did and it was stunning. She also recommended some 'locals know best' wineries to check out. So much info on the area and the festival was appreciated.

A very busy weekend found us at the Maple Leaf. It is a roadside motel but was a very nice place to stay The room was very clean and both the owner and manager were very nice. The owner (a lady) showed us to our room and helped carry some of our luggage up the stairs to the second level....

Although we came through without a reservation, needing accommodation for 5 adults, we stopped at several places without a room. Another hotel offered to call ahead for us and we booked the only room left, sight unseen. We had a suite with a bedroom, 2 futons and we had brought along a small cot. The room was old but clean....

Owner was very friendly and welcoming,( Same as her doggie name Sambuca even he is old now). Nice room and very clean! We stayed in Oliver two nights and found out it was a great decision because it is so close to both wine tour destination Osoyoos and Penticton. Will return and recommend to friends ( good for family and...

This place is very clean. Very central. Nice home base for doing all the wineries in Oliver. The AC works great. It is quiet, and the owners are very nice. No complaints about this place. Would stay here again.

I chose this place because it was already well reviewed. It's an old-style two-story motel, but very well kept outside. And inside it was really, really nice. The bathroom had new fixtures, and the beds were very comfortable, with lovely linens. The manager was super-helpful; she even did a load of laundry for us, since the laundromat closed at 5:00.
