Tried to book 5 days in June online. No where in their website do you see rates or dates for high and low season. The only time you find out the price is when you put in your days and it gives you a price and you hit reserve. We'll, beware because the owners change the price higher after the fact. Tried to tell me that because I was staying 5 nights they had to up the price. The price you are shown at time of reservation should be the price you pay. If they don't like it they should upgrade their site to first tell you the prices and when you book it they should make sure it tells you the right price. Not a good way to run a business.

Stayed 2 nights in June of 2022 as part of our first Manitoba road trip from Ontario. We were grateful to the resort owner who worked our dates and rates with us, that suited the schedule of our Manitoba road trip, so we did not have to change the itinerary. Our suite #41 was super comfy and cozy - we liked everything about it! It was more than great for 2 people. The grounds were clean. It's right on the road, but there are not many cars passing by, and it's convenient when you need to drive somewhere. When inside - it felt very quiet. The proximity to everything (stores, park, lake), and the fact that it was right in the RMNP played a big role in saving time for most of the sightseeing. We were driving back and forth on Hwy 10 early morning, late evening - it was amazing to see the animals and nature at the various times of the day/evening. We even tried one night for the Northern lights, but it was cloudy. When we were there Hwy 19 was impassable due to some flooding after the rains prior to our arrival, so was the Lake Audi Road (could not drive to see the bisons). But we enjoyed our stay so much, and had a lot of sightseeing, nice BBQ with locally made/bought burgers, Sunrise/Sunset, breathed fresh air - what more can you wish for? Just for staying there for a longer time... Thank you Mooswa Resort for making our stay wonderful!

We stayed at this hotel as part of our family trip to Wasagaming, an annual visit. The location is a little further from the town centre but still close enough to easily walk to all the shops and restaurants. Our family loved the pool and the fact that you could walk up and go for a swim, right out the front door. Downside to stay may have been a little lack of privacy or space in the patio areas out front of the room, but we made friends with most of our neighbours so it was not a huge issue. Overall we really enjoyed our room and stay. Free DVDs helped fill in what we did not bring for those rainy days. Definitely a great and relaxing stay, the pool was a huge plus!

What a little gem. We stayed in one of the suites that used to be in the reception/dining room area of the old Mooswa resort. We were very pleased with our stay. Overall Mooswa has very well kept units and property that includes all the amenities and supplies that one would need for a home away from home. The only thing the unit didn’t come with was firewood and the WiFi didn’t work for us but I wouldn’t expect it on this type of vacation. Apparently the WiFi works well by the reception area but I didn’t bother trying. The pool was heated very warm and includes a separate shallow area for young children. Each unit has its own private deck and fire pit area and you can trade in towels and get extra supplies (toilet paper, garbage bags, etc) as needed from reception. Our unit also had keyless entry. The proximity of the units to the pool is excellent in that it is a few short steps from each unit. It is a very family and pet friendly environment and the quiet hours are good. The owners did a good job of promptly dealing with any noise incidents (there was only 2 minor ones during our stay). The units are also very soundproof - we hardly heard a peep of anything except from the bedroom facing the pool area. The new owners are very friendly and are doing a great job! Keep up the great work - we look forward to hopefully returning next year if we can snag a reservation again!

Great location with a pool right out in front of the cabin, off of the deck. The kids spent a ton of time in the pool and at the playground. Everything was clean and walking distance from all amenities.

I only stayed one night here, though I wish I could have stayed more! The owners were very friendly and helpful, the suite was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, and the bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again.

Great place, very clean, comfortable bed. Loved the kitchen, easy to make a home cooked meal and dishwasher for cleanup. Management very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to lake and boardwalk. Due to being mid September the pool was closed and the weather didn’t allow us to sit outside but would like to stay during the summer months and enjoy the pool, patio and bbq. Just a Fantastic place.

We have been long time renters at Mooswa Resort when our son was younger. We took a hiatus for a few years and returned to Mooswa in June and September 2017, and Mooswa Resorts did not disappoint! Stayed in the A frame in June and cabin #34 in September. Both stays were fabulous, the cabins are clean and well equipped! A few days at Mooswa Resort feels like you have been on vacation for ever!

Just spent 1 week in Cabin 330 , there were 7 adults , this is one of Mooswa resort luxury cabins , furniture and fittings of a very high standard, just a few things missing, iron and ironing board . The master bedroom was enormous, with a very nice en suite bathroom , a small bedroom adjoined suitable for child or young adult . Upstairs 2 more bedrooms , 1 with 2 single beds and the other with 1 double and 1 single , each room sharing a bathroom, ( which was no bother) as there is a 3rd toilet downstairs. The lounge /dining is very large , although dining table only sat 6! Kitchen has a large American fridge , dishwasher and 5 hob cooker .There is an utility room with large washing machine and a separate tumble dryer,, we would have liked an airer , some people in other cabins placed their towels/washing over the decking area which looked like a Chinese laundry !! Not very nice . The decking area had small table ,4 chairs , 4 sun loungers ,parasol and a large gas BBQ, this area was lovely to sit on especially in the morning when the sun came , the down side was the grass surrounding was dry and unkempt & we overlook a main road / car park / and the garbage !! Not what the brochure said , Swimming pool near us was nice when was really hot , but there needed to be more parasols , Last but not least , our cabin 330 cost us 3672 CD , which was the full payment, when we checked in , they wanted 60CD more??? Never did find out why , we thought final was final .
