Our hosts were more than accommodating. Since I had booked the wrong dates for our stay, there was no problem changing things with the hosts. The room was clean and the beds were really comfortable. Everything was updated and we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you so much for your hospitality, you were a gem.

On arrival, viewed a typical motel. It was my daughter and I staying for two nights. The room was sweltering hot. The AC was off. But upon turning it on, it quickly brought the temp down to a comfortable level. Clearly they have been doing a lot of renovations, I’ll give them that. Something to look forward to in the future. Sheets were dirty. Looked like they had oil spots on them. Bathroom, clean and renovated. No plug for tub, and you could smell sewer gas coming up. Yuck! But the part of my stay that bothered me the most, was finding someone had been in our room while we were away. Stuff had been gone through and moved. Didn’t appear as though anything was missing. But definitely a feeling of being intruded upon. So if you value your privacy, be sure to tell them you don’t want anyone entering room when you’re not there.

It is a very basic motel, I've stayed in worse but also far better. The location is good and near basic food and grocery stores. The motel could definitely use an upgrade, but it had everything I needed for one night.

Spotless clean, microwave and fridge, big TV, clean modern washroom, quiet at night, friendly helpful staff, stayed with infant and spouse. No complaints! Parking is sufficient and right in front of door. Pizzeria and grocery store down the street.

Stayed here for one night on business. Found the room comfortable, clean and warm, with a very comfortable bed. Bed was also a little dangerous with shelving on each side perfect for smashing your head into in the middle of the night. Had trouble getting the TV working between the three remotes. Would suggest having basic instructions in the rooms for the TV. Price for hotel was reasonable, with Mel's Diner just down the street for a good, reasonably priced breakfast option. I would stay here again.

I was welcomed very warmly by Priya at the front desk who was efficient and a pleasure to talk with. Since this is a family run establishment, her father was outside and making sure the room was ready. They gave me a portable heater "just in case". The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable. There was both a desk and table as well as extra chairs in the room. I didn't watch TV or use the microwave. The fridge did what it was supposed to do. I will stay here again!

Perfect for a couple of nights. Very clean and conveniently located across from Pizza Delight and Value Village, it offers complimentary use of a BBQ and outdoors seating around it, very comfortable beds, basic toiletries and disposable glasses, as well as an excellent WiFi connection and a decent selection of TV channels. It’s not the Marriott, however, the price is correct and value as expected. On short notice and prior to a long weekend in high season, it was a great option to finding accommodations in Owen Sound, Port Elgin or Tobermory and I would gladly stay there on another occasion.
