Very nice place to stay! Clean rooms with good toilets and shower area without insects in the house, good food, good prices, nice people and a lot of wild animals to discover near the residence.I stayed here for about four days and I realy enjoyed it !

The chalets are clean and very nicely decorated. The food was average - we had a huge helping of oxtail on rice but the addition of vegetables or salads would have been good. The staff were pleasant and the manager was friendly. We also saw kudu, springbok and wildebeest roaming on the property, which is appropriate for a lodge and...

We stayed there on a weekend, during one of the Namibia Endurance Horseriding events. Although there were at least 70-80 people staying over, the service never faltered. Friendly staff make sure that all your requests are filled. Food was well prepared [keeping in mind the big crowd]. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Views from the area over the BIG lawn...

We stayed at Sandune Lodge this past weekend for our end of year function. The lodge is unpretentious and comfortable, with a large lawn that overlooks the waterhole. We enjoyed relaxing in the lounge and around the small swimming pool. We didn't swim though, as they were still busy cleaning the pool in the afternoon. Although I would not call...

After several nights at the campsites in moremi game reserve we wanted to have two relaxing nights in a Nice lodge. At the internet the sandune lodge seemed to be a promising location, but at arrival this was certainly not the case! We appeared to be the only visitors at the place. This was not so strange, since the whole...

We were placed in the tents at this lodge, not sure this was what we booked. The bathroom was outside the tent in the open. Again not expected. Poor lighting in the tent, could not see when dark. Bed was a little dodgy and ended up with quite a few bites the next morning. Food was okay, Riaan the manager...

Ok, I am choosy and I like a comfortable and clean bed … and hot water that runs immediately, so that I don't have to hop around till the warmth surrounds me … but hey! Look past the normal "interior" and you have a warm caring personal, honest friendliness, and the manager puts HUMANITY back into his job and attitude!...

After a 6K ride through the sand I arrived at the lodge and was greeted wish a refreshing juice drink. I was then escorted to my deluxe tented accommodation at the waterhole, game viewing nirvana. At 1800 I was picked up at brought into the lodge for dinner with a myriad of wildlife as dinner companions. Food was good, Then...

Arrived after a very long drive from Maun in botswana. Comfortable room, excellent dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, very friendly and accommodating staff and lots of animals (wildebeest, kudu, steenbok) visiting the waterhole.

“We were in Room 13 - which I think was very close to the service yard, as we were all woken up quite early on a Sunday by the workers and gardeners. Keep in mind that this is a working farm - so there is always activity outside.”

“I am sure all rooms are great in summer, in winter they are cold. The tents with the cosy atmosphere was inviting and I am sure the "donkey" heats up quicker than the solar.”
