This is the first time we ever experienced a hotel on Trip Advisor that didn't live up to it's ratings. Very small, difficult to locate (put up a damn sign), and generally uncomfortable. It's price is on the low side so we didn't expect the Ritz but this was disappointing On the plus side the attached pizza place was very...

We stayed three nights at this hotel recently.Philippe was a tremendous help in answering our questions. Their restaurant next door had a nice variety on the menu. Their breakfast buffet included in cost of hotel room was a great value. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Uvita.

This place was great. Eduardo (the owner) was incredibly friendly and helpful. It has a great chill spot at reception to rest those weary heads and a large outdoor area including kitchen and bar. Highly recommended.

This is a cute little spot in Uvita. We stayed here two nights before and after our stay in the jungle. The rooms are small but were just fine for us. They were clean and the beds are very firm, which we loved. The pool was refreshing. The breakfast was good and the coffee delicious. We would stay here again!

I booked this hotel AND paid for a room and showed up and the manager said that he no longer had a room for me. The staff speaks english and is very rude. Furthermore, hotel is very difficult to find and not in a good location in regards to city/beach access.

We enjoyed our brief one night stay here. It was clean and in a central location to all the beaches in the uvita area.... Once you find it! It's tucked behind the restaurant "el Foggata" off a dirt road. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the morning breakfast was very good. Coffee was strong and excellent! For the amount...

I traveled to Uvita for 2 weeks and stayed at the Hotel Luz de Luna, I was a little worried about traveling outside of the U.S. but when we arrived at the hotel, I was calmed by the friendliest staff at any hotel I have ever stayed at. Very clean rooms, we stayed in a 3 bed unit (1 bunk...

We stayed in the double room. The room is relatively small. It has AC, a small TV, and no fridge. The beds are a little bit too firm for my like but clean. The bathroom is relatively small but 2 people can get in the shower tightly. The service is very good. They received us with a bottle of cider,...

I had the pleasure to stay at Hotel Luz de Luna for 8 days and it seemed like a vacation! The hotel staff kept the rooms clean and tidy as well as the grounds and pool area. The rooms are smaller and quiet with much appreciated air conditioing! Roxy was preparing breakfast early for us every morning, even coming in...
