I stayed here for 3 nights with my son. We had a wonderful time. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The restaurant had great food and good variety and some meals we got to watch the monkeys in the trees just beyond. Our room was comfortable and well designed with private balcony and view of grounds, trees and ocean. We loved...

We spent 3 nights at La Cusinga and it was paradise. This is a small eco lodge with a few bungalows and the most fantastic views through and over the forest to the ocean. There are several forest trails to explore, all were amazing - a short walk to the natural swimming area, a trail through the forest and another...

Small, friendly eco-hotel. The rooms are wood paneled, with nice showers and hot water (not the norm in CR!). Comfortable beds. Each cabin has its own patio and ours had a swing set for the kids. There is a nice restaurant with good prices and food. The lounge area is the best. Comfy couches, wifi, and amazing views of Uvita...

I went to a yoga retreat here and it was like having your own personal rainforest and beach in your backyard. The food is beyond delicious. The grounds are a little spread out and the one thing I wish they had were bed nets since it is the rainforest and a few bugs and lizards are creeping into the rooms.

Thank you for your visita and your feedback. We do not have nets as they get damage very easy and we had to change them very often (in the past we had them). Our rooms are all with nets in the windows all the way around. Insects love the light so having all the light or some lights on and...

Really great location, amazing views, and a hidden beautiful beach. They may could improve private trails but still they are nice and we saw some anomals as well. At the beach (around 20 min walk) we were basically alone.

Our room Colibri was excellent, large and airy, clean, comfy beds and incredible views. We had monkeys at eye level on a tree next to out balcony, amazing! The restaurant is excellent,...

A delightful place to relax and enjoy nature along the various trails. The staff is very helpful and look after any needs. The pool on the creek is a "must visit" spot and the gardens and variety of trees provide the birds with lots of natural foods.

The combination of it all together, and the proximity of nice and interesting walks in the forests near by as well as the quiet beach make it so attractive.
