The views from this hotel are astonishing. All staff were very welcoming and friendly, always greeting you when they see you, making the effort to make you happy. The free bus to the beach and back is helpful especially if you are not a lover of walking. The bus to heraklion is also great. Air conditioned and you don't have...

Despite what we had read we arrived late at night and were told to leave our bags in reception and invited downstairs to the restaurant for a lovely cold meat buffet and wine or beer. We then booked in and went to our room after being a chance to upgrade to "5" star. The room we had booked was a...

Having stayed at the hotel panorama for just over a week with my partner and friends I have to say that overall we had a lovely time. Please ignore comments suggesting the food is extremely poor and the beach is miles away. The food is fine, not the best we have ever had at an all inclusive but overall it...

We've just spent 7 nights 'all inclusive' at Panorama Village (1st - 7th May 17). Whilst the hotel and its layout is really nice and the staff are great, the week was let down badly by the standard of food. Sadly our stay got off to a poor start. Knowing that we would not be arriving until after 10pm on...

We were very disappointed but had to spend 2 nights at...

This was our 1st visit to Crete, and it was amazing. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service by the Hotel management & the staff. We got an upgrade on arrival; everything was neat, well managed and on time. Very friendly folks who gave us guidance on places to look around the small but picturesque town of Agia Pelagia....

Hotel with view very nice. Service room excellent. Food and drinks in the hotel bad quality. No separate area for non smoking. All inclusive basically not really all inclusive. We received the wrong room and our friends have to stay in different hotel for one night because they didn't have a room for them ? How is possible if they booked...

The hotel itself is nice. A little effort and it could be really good. The "all inclusive" drinks are very limited and of poor quality, and (a limited selection of low quality) spirits are only free from 7:30-10:30p.m. The only AI drink that doesn't contain sugar is the diet cola, so dieters and diabetics beware! Any drinks not on the...

My wife and visited this hotel 25th October for 10 days. We love the Greek islands and the people. By no means do we ever complain. But this visit was the worst experience of our lives. From the moment we arrived it was horrendous. We were given a room that I wouldn't let a dog sleep in. It was like...
