We stayed at this wonderful B&B for 2 nights while visiting the area around Portmagee and Kerry. Tina was a wonderful hostess and along with her husband John, gave us a warm welcome and always ensured that everything was well and if she could be of any further assistance. While unloading the car, her son who was at home at the time, took it upon himself to bring up our luggage. Much appreciated!

The B&B is very nice and the rooms are spotless and our offered a beautiful view of of Valentia Island as well as the mountains in the distance. Breakfast was delicious and Tina could not have offered us a greater selection to get the day off to a start. We went out to the Skelligs and she suggested a nice scrambled egg option, which she served to a perfection.

The house is just a coupe of minutes walk from the village and is on the main Portmgee to Cahersiveen road. Portmagee has several places to eat as well as to have a quick bite at the chipper by the pier. We had a few nice meals and the favourite was Smuggler's Cafe where we had a late lunch after getting back from Skelling Michael. They do a beautiful lunch and are closed for dinner.

One can also go to several pubs that offer both indoor and outdoor service while following the Covid guidelines. While in the pub, I sampled the fine Portmagee tripled distilled whiskey, which Tina's and Joh's sons have set up.

We would highly recommend this B&B to anybody visiting the area or sailing out to the Skelligs.

If you're going to Portmagee, this is a perfect place to stay. Very cute bed and breakfast with a beautiful view and a short walk to town/the harbor. The breakfast was one of the best I had while in Ireland, and the host was very kind. I will definitely stay here again if I am back in the area. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

This is a lovely , quiet B&B in an excellent location a short walk from everything in Portmagee. The host Tina is very nice and cooks a great breakfast. Our room was sparkling clean with a comfortable king size bed. The bathroom was sparkling clean with a great shower. We loved our two night stay.

Stayed here as I was doing the trip out to Skellig Michael. Very clean, modern room and lovely en-suite. Would stay again if I’m down here . A little Pricey like most of kerry. Breakfast was nice too. Pleasant owners who are most helpful to guests

i would not recommend this bed and breakfast. besides being hit with the smell of cigarettes when tina opened the door, it just didn't have any redeeming qualities. the room was very small, and the bathroom was the size of a small closet. the breakfast was fine enough, though. we all wished we had stayed somewhere else :(

I stayed at the Waterfront B&B on a Saturday night during my trip to the Ring of Kerry and it was really a pleasure. I was travelling with my sister and a friend and we booked a triple room. Christina was very nice and offered us a double plus a single room at the same price! The rooms are cozy and well decorated with a nice bathroom and really really quiet. Great position, a few minutes walk from pubs and restaurants, and almost in front of the bridge to Valentia Island. Breakfast was tasty, I had some toast with scrambled eggs and smoked salmon instead of the usual Irish breakfast. I would recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Portmagee.

We have stayed in about 7 bed and breakfast lodgings on our tour of the Wild Atlantic Way and this one has been the best. They have all been very good to excellent, but this one stands above the others..The location is excellent. the room was large and well appointed. The owner was friendly and accommodating. The outside of the building is beautiful with gorgeous hydrangeas and the view across the bridge and valentia island is magnificent. And then there is the convenience of walking to the harbor where we got the boat tour that went out to Skellig Michael for the very memorable trip to the 2 Skelligs.. The Cliffs of Kerry is nearby and Valentia Island has many fabulous views of the entire area from elevated mountains.

My room was so clean and fresh, it was like everything was brand new! Tina was so welcoming which was lovely after 3 very long days of driving. And the morning breakfast was delicious. It is worth the drive to stay at this bed and breakfast and Tina will even help you make reservations to visit Skellig Islands!

My husband and I and our adult twin daughters stayed one night at the Waterfront during our self drive tour of Ireland.
My husband and I had a downstairs room while our daughters had an upstairs room. The spiral staircase could be a problem for anyone with mobility problems. My daughter had a reasonable sized suitcase and needed assistance in getting her bag upstairs. The decor of this B and B was lovely and all rooms were clean and of a good size. More shelving or storage in the ensuite would have been appreciated as I found I had no place to put my toiletry bag and my lipstick landed in the toilet!
The Waterfront was in a great location within easy walking distance to the village restaurants, shops and marina. Cows in the field next to us and water views outside our bedroom window. Great off street parking with many guests leaving their cars there while going on a Skellig Michael tour.
Tina did not appear to have the outgoing personality as some of the B and B owners we had met but she was attentive and ensured we well satisfied. Great breakfast.
I would stay here again but would request a downstairs room
