Here as part of a group. The good bit I had upgraded room before i went and was so glad we did. Our room was lovely with a sea view and 2 bathrooms great when getting organised in the morning, The bad the dining experience. Served in a large noisy hall that divided you into the tour groups and the...

We stayed here for an all-inclusive week with Rail Discoveries as part of a group & it was pretty poor considering it has a 4 star rating. The Hotel grounds are really well laid out with various accommodation blocks surrounded by nice gardens with a few resident rabbits scurrying around. There was a Bar area that had some entertainment which catered...

We visited as part of an organised group of 40 in early Sept 2016. It rained heavily with thunderstorms for most of the week. The resort is more aimed at families in fine weather than a group of average age 60 plus in the rain. Entertainment was very noisy, with the centre bar, northern ampitheatre (for kids) and the poolside...

We had business meeting there. Quality of the room is average. Service from staff is poor. Everything is difficult for them, their motto is not happy customer but not much work. Restauranta are was horrible. Quality of the food was ok. I would never go there for private vacation.

Me and my husband spent 5 days at Blue Stone resort and it was fantastic! Our room was perfectly clean and very large. The views from the terrace was incredible - you can look out to sea. The resort was full of families with childrens, but no noise at all was present. All around the resort there were gardens and...

First the positives of this hotel, the rooms are spacious and well equipped and kept spotlessly clean with fresh towels every day. The shower is old fashioned but clean and plenty of hot water. The grounds are immaculate and you are next to the beach, although this is rocky and not sandy. The negatives are mainly due to the dining...

We stayed here as part of a tour group. The hotel was extremely well maintained and the rooms were spacious and very clean. The pool was lovely and although a predominantly a family resort, because they have a separate area catering for children (two pools with slides etc.), the central pool was used mainly by adults. The food was good...

In my opinion, there are three vital components to a well-run hotel. Food, cleanliness and service...This hotel exceeds itself on all counts. The management team here care and constantly interact with their staff, which is the key to its success! The staff work hard to please and are always friendly and helpful. The food quality and variety is excellent for...
