Stayed here woth family in May we had to apartments and requested 2 high up. So got 146B and 147B, they were right beside the lifts but was little noise from them. The rooms were lovely and spacious,we rented a kettle from reception although it should really be included as they are self catering apartments. Cleaned everyday if you wanted...

The hotel is excellent and met our expectation in every way. We travelled as a party of 6. 4 adults and 2 small children (3.5 and 18 months). We were checked in promptly on Sunday (30th April) and placed in rooms next to each other on the 1st floor. The rooms on the lower floors 0-3 have recently been refurbished...

I find this hotel very good for families because there is lots of activities going on day and night that are ranged to different age groups such as mini discos, cocktail making and water sports. However, if you are coming on holiday by yourself or a couple this may not be your cup of tea.

This visit being by far the worst, entertainment was extremely poor, no music at the pool, no inflatables, no balls games, bar closing at 11pm, bad singers , entertainment crew must be on a tight budget, 10 games of...

We have just returned from here, a couple of negatives first the lifts very slow and second some very ignorant guests, waiting for the lifts queue jumping. apart from that this hotel is very good, easy walking distance to Europa centre, but only four euros in a taxi to commercial centre, plenty of bars and restaurants. the hotel cleaners never...

Been visiting the Altamar for a number of years now and had some memorable times with many friends who we look forward to meeting up with each year. This year the rooms, food, staff and weather were wonderful as always. The rooms are cleaned almost daily, there's a good variety of food and drinks available and most of the staff...

Holiday month of May, weather beautiful. Hotel good, food pretty good. Only complaint is if you are British you are treated as a third class citizen next to Scandinavian or Spanish guests. Karaoke night for example no spanish guests want to sing but must play spanish music so they not left out, what is that about, you want to sing...
