Our stay with Penny and Robert was a joy! Accommodation was clean and bright - comfortable large bed and ensuite shower with plenty of power. Breakfast was perfect - Penny clearly knows her way around the kitchen. Both Penny and Robert were sociable without being intrusive - they pitched it perfectly - a truly nice couple. I would return here...

A very friendly and welcoming B&B in a quiet peaceful residential street above the gorgeous fishing port in Porthleven. Nice spacious well decorated rooms with everything you may need, including very well working WiFi!! Penny is a lovely host with a smile, cooks great breakfasts and makes you feel very much at home.

Lovely quiet location, great view from front bedroom, clean, comfortable, lovely hosts, absolutely brilliant breakfast, would recommend this B & B to couples who want to get away from the madness of life for a few days. Anne & Simon Hewitt, Milton Keynes, Bucks

I stayed here first almost ten years ago and am delighted that Rosemorran is back in business after a break last year because of illness. Our bedroom was very comfortable with a lovely en-suite bathroom and a view over Porthleven to the harbour. Penny Williams maintains a very high standard, including a superb breakfast. She and Robert are very welcoming...

The owners are lovely, and very happy to share their local knowledge. Our room was lovely, with a massive en suite, and the breakfasts were delicious. Location is good too, set 5-10 mins walk from the harbour on a slight hill so beautiful views. Very welcoming.

Stayed here for just the one night on Thursday 12th Sept during the course of our walk along the South West Coast Path. What a nice place. A warm welcome awaited us from our host and our accommodation was without doubt excellent. A twin room with its own on suite facilities and something that all people who having walked fourteen...

Best bed and breakfast in Porthleven. Accommodation was excellent with a very large bed and en-suite. Everything was immaculate. Our breakfasts were very good and we enjoyed fish some mornings which was freshly caught by Robert. Penny and Robert were very welcoming hosts. We would recommend Rosemorran to everyone.

Everything was perfect during our four-day stay. Rosemorran is situated in a very quiet side street within about 5 minutes' walking distance from the harbour. Our room (with seaview) had everything you needed. Penny and Robert were extremely friendly and gave us some good tips about which were the best walks in the region. As many other people have already...

We stayed at Rosemorran for one night during a walking holiday. The property is very modern and exceptionally well looked after. Our room was a standard size but the double bed was absolutely enormous with a very good mattress. Just to put it in context: after a long days walk we switched the lights off at 9.30 and did not...
